I want to change the color of the dark skin in the Jannah theme. The Jannah theme uses #27292D for the background skin color and #1F2024 for the content overlay.

I want to replace them with colors #253137 and #3A454B. My knowledge of HTML and CSS is limited. I need your help on this.

In recent updates, what do you have changed for compatibility with WordPress 630? I found on your changelog (https://tielabs.com/changelogs/?id=19659555) nothing changes from these 3 files you mentioned: - framework/framework-load.php - framework/classes/class-tielabs-helper.php - inc/custom-styles.php

and for these 2 files: - functions.php - style.css Looks so funny cause you only updated the theme version from 630 to 631, so what improvements and minor bug fixes have been made? Only changing the version is not a bug fix. The theme still has bugs that you need to fix on regular updates, so please don’t be lazy TieLabs, put more effort and time to focus on your beautiful theme. All your customers put their hopes on you!

How can we grant access to the ‘Custom Sliders’ menu (featured slider) for authors / moderators / editors to allow editing or adding new ones?

I tried to send the message on Tielabs Open a new ticket and it won’t upload.

I updated the theme today to 6.3.1 and the main menu has shortened causing the last item to drop down to a second line. I can’t seem to find the problem. I tried shortening the menu and the last item still drops down. When I dropped Member Login then Archives dropped down.

The HOME link is different than the rest of the menu. I typed it in all caps so at least that was the same but you can see the weight of the font is different.

Really not sure what is going on can you please help. Thank you. I have two licenses.

Hello, Thanks for such an awesome theme. Can you please consider this feature in future updates. Currently we have Custom Menu option for posts, pages and archive pages etc. but only for Main Menu. Please Add the same option for Secondary Menu as well. So that we may choose different secondary menu on different pages. It would be really helpful.

AMP PAGES — Our main site gets the most access via AMP pages, about 70% of users. Jannah could have more features for customizing AMP pages, especially AMP ads, as they are our main source of monetization.

Congrats on the theme! We have already tested 3 others and concluded that to support a site with more than 40k posts with speed, it has to be Jannah.

Although the theme developer couldn’t incorporate all the suggestions here, it’s not possible. However, by adding the feasible ones soon, you can demonstrate to users that the theme is still up-to-date and open to innovations.

Oh all the Tie Labs ad blocks are caught by Ublock Origin…. So the internal ad system is only meh…

THERE IS NO SUPPORT FOR CUSTOM POST TYPES BEING DISPLAYED ON ANY OF THE “Most Recent” queries which is INSANE that this is not included.

Nor is there any documentation on the subject. Its been weeks since someone from Tie Labs has written to this comments section. I regret investing 3 terms of support and 3 years of time with this theme. Mostly correcting and optimizing. So many problems.

To discover how the TieLabs widget was pulling the posts, I added some diagnostic code to the PHP snippet so I could log out in the Query Monitor plugin all the queries occurring on a page. I was seeing queries for the TieLabs block that only include the standard post_type and for the categories specified in the widget settings. I checked the widget settings and also did a search through the documentation for TieLabs, but I did not see any way to include custom post types.

It so happens that on our main website, revistanews.com.br, the internal content search magnifying glass has stopped working. We’ve tried everything and nothing works. We ask for help.
