Hello, this is the issue I am trying to overcome: “PHP Post Max Size – 2047M The current value is insufficient to properly support the theme. Please adjust this value to 256 in order to meet the theme requirements.” We are on wordpress.com and I am told that PHP settings cannot be changed. Envato suggested to contact the author directly. The 2047M should be more than enough. For demo import please follow instructions from this article.
You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Hi There. Is it possible for the booking feature to be adjusted to simply send a booking request email versus having it as “book now” and with a checkout etc? We want the streamlined check availability functions and adding in extra information for the booking but with a manual approval via a booking request rather than a confirmed and paid for booking.

Thanks for taking an interest! The Alloggio booking system is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce. If you wish to edit the booking you will either need to edit the theme files or perhaps hide the booking feature and add a contact form in the sidebar of a room.

The theme is compatible with WPML and for better understanding on how our themes work with WPML we recommend checking this article. As noted in the article, you should know before using this plugin that it works by creating a cloned, duplicated content of a page or a post that you select. After that, you need to edit the content inside the duplicated page.

Hi, some questions before purchasing:
1- is it possible to vary the price of a room based on the number of guests, and at the same time based on the number of days of booking?
2- it is possible to use blocks/parts of pages taken from different Demos. For example, after importing the “Main home” Demo we would like to use some blocks present on the Homepage of the “B&B Home” Demo. if so how?
3- are reservations managed with Woocommerce? So will the property owner have access to the backend with the Store Manager role to accept and manage reservations and prices?
4- the customer, on the other hand, will have access to an account page as if it were an e-commerce site, right?
5- is it possible to synchronize incoming and outgoing reservations with Airbnb and Booking.com? If yes, how?

1. You can check available “Capacity And Prices” options for rooms in this screenshot. There is also an option to add special seasonal period as shown in screenshot.
2. Yes, demo content of different homepages is built with Elementor page builder and you can easily copy and paste sections from one page to another.
3. The Alloggio booking system is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce. Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t have the type of membership functionality where different property owners can list their properties and overlook bookings just for their properties. The accommodation properties and bookings should be overlooked by site administrator.
4. The users who wish to register and book rooms can use My Account page for these purposes.
5. Unfortunately no, this is not one of the theme features. If you want to organize the booking or a request differently then you will need to edit our theme files.
6. The booking form will count the final price and that price will be used when the user proceeds to cart and checkout. It is not possible to have only a portion of that price listed.

1. The price is handled by room not by how many persons are going to stay
2. The whole theme consists of pages, and eacj page can be imported and saved as template so you can reuse and add it to a newly created page.
3. Within our Alloggio Room > Booking you will have as an admin an overlook of your bookings.
5. We understand your point but as we already mentioned this is not one of the theme features. Thanks for understanding.
6. There are a lot of plugins or extentions available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. We know that WooCommerce has a deposit extension but it has not been tested with our theme nor can we guaranty theme compatibility.

The page loading animation ca be disabled globally in Alloggio Core Options > General (please see screenshot) and also locally in Page Settings (see screenshot). Please note that local page options will override global theme options.

It is not necessary to extend support to receive updates. The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.

The booking form cannot be disabled through theme options, however, it can be hidden with some custom css or you can edit theme template files so they don’t include booking form.
The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out. Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.

My question is whether the following can be implemented:
Room (includes 2 adults) = €100/night.
Each Extra Adult = €20/night.
Each Child = €10/night.
“Extra Service 1” = €30/person/night.
So that the reservations can be calculated as in these examples:
1 – Reservation for 3 nights with:
Room [1 adult] = €100×3.
1 child (€10/night) = €10×3.
“Extra Service 1” = €30×2 x 3.
TOTAL = €510.
2 – Reservation for 3 nights with:
Room [2 adults] = €100×3.
2 Extra Adults = €20×2 x 3.
2 children = €10×2 x 3.
“Extra Service 1” (€30/person/night) = €30×6 x 3.
TOTAL = €1200.

Hi, I built my website in Wordpress with Alloggio in 2020. Over time, my website has become very slow. I have Allogio, version 7.4.33, Wordpress version 6.2, (as this version is the last update Alloggio supports), Elementor version 7.4.33, Slider Revolution version 6.6.18, WooCommerce version 8.2.2.
I have Business Web Hosting with Hostinger and have reduced all the images. Now it takes almost 30 seconds to load the front page, and it is down several times a day. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do or what is wrong?

Also, you can navigate to Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance and there you can enable/disable icon packs, custom post types, widgets and shortcodes which you don’t plan on using. This should have a positive effect to the overall performance of your site.

The Allogio core options is not showing the details, only the menu. The menu items are not clickable. The drop down menu on the website is not coming up either. This happened after the Elementor upgrade which I rolled back and it is still not working. If this is a known issue can you say which Elementor version Allogio is currently compatible with.

Since yesterday (since I updated theme and theme plugins) all of my content, build with Elementor on the main page, dissapeared.
I tried to downgrade wordpress version, desactivate plugins, return to other save from Elementor History tab (in this case it just shows the loading icon and nothing happens). I don’t know what else to try.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is also important to update Alloggio Core and Qode Framework plugins to their latest versions in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Sorry, but I’m not talking about Rooms as custom post, posts I have. What doesn’t appear anymore (and that’s why it’s missing from my mane page) is the theme’s elementor widget (Rooms List for example). I have everything updated
The room as custom post type and room list element are both added by the Alloggio Core plugin and this haven’t been removed in the update. Also, please check if your purchase code is registered in Alloggio Dashboard.
You can also try to restore backup of your site and then try to update theme once more by following instructions from the article we’ve previously linked.

Elementor has released a new update today (version 3.16.2). We’ve tested it on our local installation and it is working correctly with the theme. Of course, we always recommend creating a backup of your site before any major update.

Thanks for taking an interest! The option to set up a discount if the customer books a certain number of days, unfortunately, doesn’t exist within the theme but you can set up a seasonal discount and the option is located here.
