We found a problem where Litho theme and Elementor plugin have conflict.
We couldn’t view the website and edit the pages.
It has been only 1 month we purchased the theme and now we are having problems like this. Please help us to fix this issue.

Litho demo site and many other websites are working fine with Elementor, but there may be some other conflict of other plugins or server config. Hi there, I am transfering my website to another domain because the old domain expired and it was stolen though I had not de-registered it. But in the new domain the purchase code doesnt work. says I have to first deactivate it in the old domain which I cant access.

of course, sorry for not beeing clear enough. I am reffering to the Litho – Multipurpose Elementor WordPress Theme. I choose the architecture homepage which has a dark blue background that I wish I could change

Hello, I have something I’d like to know before purchasing the Litho Theme. I want icons like the ones in the “browse categories” dropdown menu at https://hongo.themezaa.com/decor/top-logo/ demo from Hongo Theme. Is this possible in the Litho Theme?

Those are SVG / image icons, so you can upload your desired SVG / image icons in Elementor widgets added in page / post content area, but those cannot be added in header same way like in Hongo Decor demo as we do not have that type of header style and feature in Litho theme.

Hi, Just now installed the theme in a fresh WordPress, and im getting this message now
Your theme (Litho Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
1. Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
2.If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.

good morning, I’ve been working with your template since the beginning. Initially, I had no problems updating with Wordpress. However, when I want to update my site, it’s impossible for me to do it on the front end with elementor. It seems that you haven’t done the Wordpress updates, and I’m also having problems with wocommerce, which has problems with obsolete files. Are you thinking of updating? It’s a bit frustrating not to be able to work in peace on my site and to be blocked because any modification causes fatal errors, especially with Elementor and database updates. We do not recommend to update WordPress and Elementor if the theme latest version do not provide the compatibility with those. Yes we will add compatibility of latest Elementor and WordPress version and release new theme update, so you can then update theme, included plugins and WordPress.

The images you see in demo site are not the part of theme package due to licensing limitation and that we have already mentioned in item description also as per Envato policy. Hi, could you confirm how your search works. I have been into the settings and made sure that products are included in the search results. This is a art gallery website so someone may search for the name of an artist. The name of each artist appears on the product page but when I do a test search by artist name these product pages don’t show up. Does that mean your search is only looking at the name of the page? If that is the case then if someone searches based on an artist that’s not going to display all the pieces (products) by that artist which isn’t ideal

Hi team, Great theme, we are already live and running. We have a concern regarding the portfolio categories. We have created many projects in Portfolio and some categories too. Although we are using this projects to showcase the images of our work on the website, we do not want it to have a separate page.
For example. We created one category name ‘Animation’ in portfolio and it has a live-running page with URL ” https://focalmedia.in/portfolio-category/animation/ ”. We don’t see any reason why the categories has its own page. We need a solution to only hide the page and let the featured image gets shown in the website.

WordPress by default offer category page and post detail page for standard post type of custom post type. So you can either remove that category or customise the code to diable or redirect category pages as needed with the help of your WP developer.
