Hello I know my support time has expired but this not something like a support. This seems like a bug on theme. So if you can help me will be glad for that. I have tried to submit a ticket but that didnt let me to open it because of support time. But it is happening when we move the mouse hover the products on product list page. When the moseu hover the icon and the product photo disappears. But when I moved the cursor back it comes again. This only happens on mouse hover. Could you please help me with this. This happened after I deleted the whole theme and reinstall with new look. I mean the header and all others.

The hover effect for products is a solid color (please see screenshot) so it could be that your hover color is the same as the page background.

Hello does the theme support multilanguage? how about RTL?? does it also support multicurrency?

When it comes to creating multilanguage websites using our themes we recommend checking article in this link.
Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.
Our themes rely on the WooCommerce plugin when it comes to shop functionalities so you can try using some 3rd party addon for adding multi currency functionality for WooCommerce.

Please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.

It’s usually standard practice for e-commerce websites to show the customer a Thank You page once they successfully complete their order. But for some reason, on my website, its redirecting back to the Check Out Page instead. After further investigation, I’ve found the reason why: It’s because I do not have a Thank You page, so by default, its redirecting back to the Check Out Page.
I could be wrong, but it seems that this theme is missing a Thank You page. Does it not come automatically with the download pack? Maybe I missed the download file?
