Hi Team,

We’re facing an issue with the Masonry Gallery in our theme. We’ve selected the Masonry Gallery for our homepage, but it’s not working and only displays a blank white space. As a workaround, we switched to the Grid Gallery, which is working fine. Could you please look into this? We would like to have the Masonry Gallery working on the homepage instead of the Grid layout. We had a problem importing the demo content. We sent a report via the help center, but unfortunately no one has responded yet. :-/

Unfortunately, the installer did not do everything right. So we cannot be sure whether it is because the process only reached 98%, or because the demo (v2.5) and the downloaded theme (v2.8) are different. We are sorry that there are so many complications around such a promising template during the installation. We expect a more professional solution from a Power Elite Author.

After importing the demo content, one bug is that the content of style_dynamic.css does not match what is in the demo page, so we do not see exactly the same on our own page. Furthermore, in Elementor, we have to manually adjust the width of the page (1140px vs. 1300px), because the theme installer did not change this. Such bugs are unacceptable for a theme released by Power Elite Author!

Demo import is working correctly on our installation. The issues with demo import are most likely caused by some setting on your server configuration. We don’t have enough information about your WordPress installation or your hosting in order to let you know what exactly could be causing the issue.

Hello,

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that you can set the homepage by navigating to Settings > Reading as shown in screenshot.

You should just make sure to import the demo which corresponds to the page builder you plan on using.

Blog details page title h2 instead of h1

We have set the title to be an h1. Unfortunately, this no longer works (tried in both the child theme and the main theme), and it always becomes an h2. How can this be changed? WordPress, THeme and plugins are up to date

Unfortunately, this cannot be changed through theme options. The heading tag needs to be changed in the theme files. If we understand correctly you’ve made this change in the files and stored them in the child theme, but this no longer applies?

There isn’t an option to add this to the front-end, however, you can allow users to login and create their own galleries using default WordPress user roles and capabilities.

I am looking at purchasing the theme for a client. I develop the website on our private staging server then transfer to the clients domain. I also run updates and ongoing development on the staging server before implementing them on the clients live site. Does your license include for a staging server?

We can add a certain number of related subdomains with your main domain, but please note that only subdomains with related content. So if you have this theme installed on somedomain.com we can add related subdomains such as blog.somedomain.com or shop.somedomain.com or dev.somedomain.com, etc. That way you can use a subdomain for staging.

Hi, Pre-purchase question. I am a beginner to WordPress. Can you tell me if we can use different home pages as regular page? To clarify my question, the demo home pages you have such as Wedding Planner, Announcement Home, Wedding Shop, can we use these pages as regular website pages instead of home page only?

Once you import our demo content you will get all the pages and settings which you can adjust to your needs. After that just navigate to Settings > Reading and set your page of choice as your homepage (please see screenshot). Rest of the pages can be used as regular inner pages.

I need only know how can align center the text into Workflow, cause in mobile version, as you can see, the text into Workflow has not same border.

If you select Premium themes, add your purchase code, Theme Profile (Elated) and theme name ( The Aisle) we do see it is present and you will be able to submit a request.

Please note that you leave the Supported Items field empty the first time you submit a request. After this is done the theme will be listed under your supported items.

The theme will work well on the latest WP and when it comes to WooCommerce you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s change log once the update is out.

It is also for sure possible to first use it on your subdomain and once you finished developing your website you can simply deregister the theme, transfer it to your main domain and then register it once again.

That is correct. When it comes to the Elementor Pro you should know that our theme is compatible with the regular free version which is really enough to achieve anything you do see on our theme demo, but the theme is not Elementor Pro supported.

After installing and activating your theme, several extensions (at least Elementor, WP Bakery and Slider Revolution) that come packaged with your theme complain and want to be activated. Am I doing something wrong, or is this the case that these plugins are not activated by your theme, at least not the full version?

Please note that WPBakery/ Revolution Slider does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

This is exactly what I said and doesn’t answer the question. It is correct that these plugins are bundled, but not in their paid version, but in some basic version. This is a bit deceitful imho. At least with Elementor it is the case that a lot of options can’t be used and it asks you to pay another 70$ (just for Elementor) to use the Pro version. The link you included mentions that you have the paid versions but you can’t provide the code. Well, doesn’t help, does it? Anyway, thanks for your support!

It is the bundled license which also has a value, it was never stated that the theme includes the Elementor Pro version, you can read more about bundled plugins here since we have bought the extended license.

This theme no longer works with recent versions of wordpress and woocommerce, error, and the debug does not send recovery email. I spent all day with the server supporter to help me to solve it, I tried with another server and the problem remained. It was not only the recent version but I also installed manually the recommended versions of wordpress and woocommerce. That’s why it is necessary that the developer update the theme before offering it for sale.

Testing the theme it works well on the latest version of WP and when it comes to WooCommerce you will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

Hi – I am trying to change the menu in the Wedding home page but cant seem to loacate where it is getting the code from to place the logo at the top and the cart and search icons on the left. How do you disable this?

To set the logo you can navigate to The Aisle Options > logo and change your logo, also it can be that it is set on that particular page, so please go to Wedding home page, click edit and look if the Logo is uploaded there in the theme settings. When it comes to the cart and search you can find them in Appearance > Widgets > Header widget area.

Thanks for writing in! There is no option within the theme to remove the mobile header but you could use some Custom CSS to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
