hello i have a problem with the theme on mobile devices.. i dont know what happened.. this started happening this year. running latest updates on mobile devices sometimes the page goes over the screen (wider) if i hit refresh then it show normal, hit refresh again then its wider (you have to scroll to right to see the content) since my support has ended..please tell me what is the cause of this and how to fix ? page is https://goldenbialmanagement.ro/

We checked your website on mobile but weren’t able to reproduce the issue on our end; everything appears to display normally.
In such cases, this behavior is usually related to either outdated files or a conflict with a third-party plugin. We recommend ensuring the theme and all required plugins are fully up to date, then temporarily disabling any additional third-party plugins to see if the issue persists.

Hi. How do we get rid of the PreConnect to Google Fonts, if Google Fonts are not being used? In your demo, https://blade.greatives.eu/, you have it on line 13 and 14. Is this simply in a php file somewhere? If you can confirm the file, that would be good.
Many companies use their own fonts, and too many “preconnects” are bad. Thanks.

The preconnect to Google Fonts is added by the theme for performance reasons. There isn’t a built-in option to disable it.
If you’d like to remove it, you can search within the theme files for the function google_fonts_preconnect. From there, how you choose to modify or remove it is entirely up to your implementation.

having audited our website’s performance via YellowLabs, there are quite a few issues with old prefixes in the parent theme’s CSS that should be addressed and cleaned up to not carry around any unnecessary bloat…
This is what the warning reads:
Many property prefixes such as moz or webkit are not needed anymore, or by very few people. Sometimes, they have never even existed. You can remove them or replace them with the non-prefixed version. This will help reducing your stylesheets weight.

We will review this internally with our development team. However, please note that this theme was originally released back in 2015, and a full cleanup/refactoring of legacy CSS (such as vendor prefixes) would require significant structural changes, which are quite complex to implement at this stage.
For this reason, we cannot make any promises regarding such improvements in future updates, but your feedback is definitely noted.

Our theme is sold exclusively on ThemeForest, and updates are provided only through a valid ThemeForest purchase. There is no separate license key that can be purchased or activated outside of ThemeForest.
If you currently don’t have access to the ThemeForest account used for the original purchase, the only way to receive updates is to purchase the theme again using your own ThemeForest account. Once purchased, you’ll be able to download the latest version and receive future updates as usual.

Hello there, I am very happy with your nice theme, thanks so much. I am only missing a list of available icons, that can be used with menu items, when they are displayed as buttons. It is very annoying to click all of them and check them in the frontend to get an impression. So is there any overview available? And futher more, are there icons for accessibility functions, like Simple Language, etc.? That would be really great! If not, can those specific icons be added?

I understand your concerns about the icons, but unfortunately, displaying a preview in the backend is impossible. However, you can find and search for icons on the Font Awesome website. These are the icons we use in the menu items.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I have checked icons from Font Awesome and there is indeed an icon, that could be used as simple language symbol. It is the book-open icon. But this icon is not available within the selection of Blade theme. I have searched for it but no luck. It is free, so how could I add this to the menu ? Any idea?

It’s possible that the icon version you need is different from the one we have in Blade. As an alternative solution, I recommend adding the icon code (e.g., <i class="fa-solid fa-user" />) directly into the Navigation Label field.

Hi, we have updated the theme to the latest version and a warning has come out about the presence of obsolete copies of some WooCommerce template files. Is it possible to update them? We are having problems with the offers applied to the products and we assume it is due to this incompatibility.

This came from a client but they are having an issue with the Gutenberg editor having the entire editor container pushed to the left side rather than being centered on the screen. They have the latest Wordpress version, latest version of the blade theme and latest Blade Extension plugin. Is this a known issue?

Hi there. Any plans to upgrade the theme, to include the latest 7.4 WP Bakery, as there are ‘red flags’ that 7.2 is considered a problem for security.
Also please find two attached documents. One is the Blade theme system report and the other is the WooCommerce system report.

Hi, I’m using the elements version, but I’m having an issue with the wpbakery options for the row, the DESIGN OPTIONS tab is not showing, so I can’t change the color of the background for instance. It shows for the columbns but not for the rows. I tried disabling all the other plugins and just using the ones with the theme but no change. some of the demos have some row backgrounds in color, so I know is possible I just wish to know how? help?!?

Hiya, understand that I got your theme from elements but I am hoping you can help me. I have an error with a site which I have used your theme www.t**.co.uk If I add something to the basket, it shows if you click the basket from the fly out the content, it just shows a grey strip with no contents showing?
Would really appreciate if you can give guidance on how to fix this please, it always has worked but now seems to have stopped, don’t know if this is a woocommerce update that has caused an issue?

You have planning to add options to admin interface to change that value or you have a code snipet to overwrite that?
