Hi, when I am importing demo some sections are breaking. the search icon on search button is upside down. I tried to import 2 times, same problems. Many things are messing when. At the time of import I am not selecting forums feature. After import I am getting a long list of errors. I tried to reach out the support on your website but you people are saying the purchase code belongs to a different user. I used a different email to register. Please let me know how to fix it?

Please help. When i re-order the docs in EazyDOcs with drag and drop it does not update or save. It can only be done in the back end and change the order number.

HI, I am trying to open support account is not working due to I do not receive the confirmation email and password reset email. Is there a way to have subscriber tiers? For example, posts/items in Category A, D, and E are only visible to a certain group of subscribers? Perhaps S2Member or something similar would work with this?

I want to change the default color mode to dark. If I disable the light/dark switch, it does not let me default to dark. Please can you assist?

User Feedback Issue

Noticed that you can get feedback from you site by email and they are also available under Easydocs Pro > Users feedback.

When we receive feedback via email, hitting a reply goes back to the site administrator and not to the person who has sent the feedback. Even though the reply-to address is the sender, hitting reply sends response to person or to the group which received the email. Unable to send it back to the person who has send the feedback. This needs to be fixed

Feedback in Dashboard

We can see all the user feedback is listed in the Easydocs pro menu. But there are NOviable actions, other than delete and hide ( I am guessing the eye icon is hide, no tooltip). Can we add reply action here? Need this feature

If feedback sender write their own email in this field https://prnt.sc/VQjkBr1FV-Tk while they submitting, and after received the mail, if you want to reply by pressing the reply button, then the email of the feedback sender should be sent. So we will check the matter and if we find any problem then we will fix it.
