regarding this thing please, follow the step below to troubleshoot this issue,
1. please disable caching plugin and security plugin if you are using one while importing the demo
2. please try to resave the permalinks, in the WordPress Dashboard, please go to settings > permalinks, click the save changes button at the bottom of the permalinks page without changing any settings
3. please make sure the WordPress file permissions and ownership are correct on your server, you can use this documentation below as a reference for WordPress file permission and ownership

4. if JNews Essential is active when you importing the demo, please disable it first before importing the demo
if the problem still persist, please try to open a new support ticket on our forum. the regular license is a lifetime license, one JNews license can be used only on one domain If you want to use it in a different domain you need one license for every domain, but if you use WordPress multisite you can use one JNews license across the multisite as long as the site have one domain, for example, id.jnews.io, us.jnews.io, uk.jnews.io.

1. Can I add ads from other Ad networks and run them simultaneously besides Google adsense? Like Ezoic or Mediavine? Does it support video ads also?
2. Can I add Text to speech audio player button in single article? So if the readers want they can listen to article instead of reading.

For the different author are you referring to changing the author of a post after you submitted the post? if that is the case, yes you can do it WordPress has this feature by default, if you are referring to multiple authors yes our theme supports multiple authors for a post, Please check the example below

Hi mate, I’m just struggling find a feature rich, yet perfect scoring theme on Google page insights, for my magazine style blog. I already have purchase multiple themes but nothing seems to work for me.
If something is scoring good for SEO, then its performance score is broken.
IS there any way your theme can assure the concern? I may ask pre-sale questions afterward.

to allow users to register to your wordpress site, first please go to settings > general > enable anyone can register option
after that you can register button to your website using JNews header builder, please go to Dashboard > appearance > customize > JNews : Header Option.
at the bottom of the screeen will be appear jnews header builder, on this header builder you can add the login button that can be used by user to register if they are not registered yet.

Please make sure the Enable cache query option is disabled on your website, you can check it on the WordPress dashboard > appearance > customize > JNews: Additional Option > Query Option > Enable Cache Query.
please try to disable the option if it was enabled, If you enable this option it will help your server performance by caching the query but the post that is newly added will not displayed directly.
