Hi. I’m considering buying this theme for a client. I have one make or break question though –
I’d like to use the split screen model, but not all of the split screen info will link to a page with its own URL. So I’ll have 2 of these split screen pages, opening hours and contact, that won’t have URLs… Which means they won’t appear in the full screen menu if someone is looking for that info.
What are my options? I’m thinking I can add some manual text to the full screen menu? But I can’t tell whether this is really an option and if the theme will allow it. Ideas?

You can add menu items you need in the Fullscreen Menu in Appearance > Menus (please see screenshot). There is also a “Fullscreen Menu Bottom” widget area in Appearance > Widgets as shown in screenshot where text widget or other available widgets can be added.

Hi, I have a customer who uses your Aviana theme but is worried about the fact that it hasn’t been updated for a year. Is it possible to migrate the site from Aviana to Curly theme by exporting the theme settings? thanks

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. The current version of Aviana theme listed in change log is compatible with the latest version of WordPress.
Unfortunately, our themes are not interchangeable as each theme has its’ own options, stylization, custom post types and custom shortcodes. We usually recommend installing the theme and importing the demo on a clean installation.

Can’t edit my site with elementor. Site is broken. I’ve checked here and it seems its a normal occurence. I’m currently on the latest of everything you provide from theme to the core plugin. What is the way forward?

I’ve already sent a support ticket including login details too and you have done absolutely nothing to look into it. PHP is currently on 8.3 so I am not sure why I would want to reduce the security of my website just to make use of your theme.
Going down to 7.4 worked.

I need your help. The product images are perfectly visible in the webshop section, but on the product page, my images are completely cut off and appear in an elongated shape instead of a rectangle. I tried using the 1:1 ratio, but it doesn’t change the size of the image. How can I turn it off so that the product gallery does not appear, only the product photo itself, uncropped?

We love the theme is with the appointment & booking feature. Just after reading the comments here, the plugin Booked has been discontinued by the plugin author BoxyStudio, So if we buy the theme now, does it still have the appointment and booking functions? And will it be another plugin? And do we need to buy it additonally?

I’ve just migrated a site (from lagerman.store to lagerman.nl) and some of the logo sizes are still pointing to the previous url. How can I fix this?

You can try to reset the logo image in Curly Options > Logo so the correct url is used. Just remove logo image and set it again by selecting it from media library.

Installation Error: During my initial install of the purchased downloaded .zip file, I got the following error:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet. Theme installation failed.
I am using Siteground.com as my WP host. Why is this style.css missing, and shouldn’t it be part of the .zip? Any ideas?

When I’m searching terms “Curl Define”, “Curl Define Foam” or “Curl Anything” it is showing 403 Forbidden. Why?
When I’m searching “Curl” it is showing search results.
I haven’t found anything restricted in functions.php also tried for the plugin conflict. It is working on the older version(website) on the same hosting and the default theme. So it may be an issue with the theme
