Hello.
I was working on clients website – trying to create email templates using 9MAIL – WordPress Email Templates Designer. But it looks like Enfold theme have JavaScript conflict with 9MAIL – WordPress Email Templates Designer plugin.
Are you aware of this problem? Do you maybe have plan to fix it – make enfold compatible with 9MAIL?

I installed the 9MAIL ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/9mail-wp-email-templates-designer/ ) plugin but the template editor loaded fine on my local installation.
Please try deactivating all active plugins except for 9Mail and check if that helps.
There aren’t that many users of the plugin and the compatibility was requested for the first time by you so I’m afraid it won’t have a high priority on our developers’ list.

Hello, Is it possible to change the Enfold theme’s direction from RTL to LTR and vice versa, depending on the language selector? For example, I have two languages on the website, with English as the default and Arabic as the other. If I choose Arabic, I want to completely switch the theme’s direction to RTL (including the header, logo, page contents, and footer). Is this possible in Enfold, and is there a website that operates in this manner that I can take a look at? Thank you.
ok, here’s an odd one. i’ve had this from more than one client, unfortunately I don’t have a lot of detail, as they don’t seem very good at providing that. they make changes to a page, add / remove blocks etc, save & go to view the page & the changes haven’t saved basically. any ideas how i’d troubleshoot this, or is there any similar issues floating around with recent updates that might be causing this?

Please check if there is an invalid HTML on the page. The most common cause of this issue is incorrectly using Strong tags ( https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/strong ), e.g. not closing the Strong tag correctly.
If you find that this is not the case, please start a thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support ) and provide admin login credentials to a site where we can inspect the issue.

Does your theme include a translation plugin or do I need to purchase it separately? Thanks.
No, it doesn’t include a translation plugin. Enfold is fully compatible with WPML. You can use plugins such as Polylang ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/ ) as well however, translation options are more limited with other plugins.
Okay. One last question. Will it be difficult to transition your theme with an already existing website I have? Will it require me to manually create each of the new pages and copy and paste the written content into each page? Thanks.

Yes, the Twitter icon is replaced with the new X icon in the upcoming version. Unfortunately, I cannot tell when the new version will be available though.

No, this isn’t a known issue. Is there any custom HTML added to any elements before this Text Block element? Did you try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps? Can you share a link to the page where we can see the issue? Hi Enfold, There has been an ongoing loading issue with your social media icons and other icons on the theme. They don’t load the icons and just appear as blank squares. Everytime your new release comes, hoping that it had fixed it, it hasn’t. DEVICES USED: Macbook, Android Google Pixel 7, Windows 10. EXPECTED RESULT: When loading a site, all icons and social media icons should appear. ACTUAL RESULT: When loading the homepage , missing icons, but when I click on a different menu like ABOUT US or CONTACT US, it loads, so when I go back to homepage, it is there. It doesn’t appear on the first load. MY WORKAROUND: I have to clear the cache in WORDPRESS, so it works a few times, then later on, the issue returns. Please fix.

No problem! You’ll need to edit the .htaccess file if you are on an Apache server and the web.config file if you’re on an IIS server. You can contact your hosting provider and they can give you more information and help.

We didn’t test Enfold with Elementor or WP Bakery plugins therefore we cannot guarantee.
Enfold has its own drag-and-drop layout builder called Advanced Layout Builder. We’d recommend using Enfold with Advanced Layout Builder

it is set on 4 columns and it restacks to 2 columns instead of one on mobile and there are no settings to fix that – except duplicate it for mobile and duplicate it for tablett and duplicate the size and duplicate the pageload and duplicate the time a user has to wait and duplicates the negative impact on SEO.
Bug in latest version? Hello, please i think there is a bug in latest version. I cannot show Only MAIN PORTFOLIO ENTRIES – not subcategories. It works trough enabled filtering, it filter the main categories correctly. But when the filter is turned off, it shows all of the entries of the whole category and subcategories, even if the only main category is selected to show. Sorry nto to discuss this on support page, but i think it is a bug. When im wrong, i will buy the support of course. Thanks

Selecting only the parent category would display its subcategories as well. This is expected. I checked this behaviour on Enfold 5.6.3 and it’s the same.
If you are certain this is a bug in the latest version, please start a pre-sale thread on our support forum ( https://kriesi.at/support/pre-sale-question/ ) and let us know the steps we need to take to reproduce the issue and in which version this worked as expected. We will investigate further once we have more information.

If you’d like to use the same layout, a 1:1 ratio would be the best. You can use an image that’s 1280×1280px as the background image.
Yes, you can change the background image size using CSS. We’d recommend selecting one of the pre-defined image sizes ( https://i.imgur.com/qt5zoOs.png ), or uploading the image in the desired size and selecting the Full Size option.

I have conflict issue mailpoet plugin with the theme. I try to activate the mailpoet plugin and i get white page. I Temporarily switch a enfold theme, with basic wordpress theme (Twenty Twenty-One) while WooCommerce is active, then I try activating the MailPoet plugin and the issue is gone, it indicates that there is a conflict with your current theme.

I couldn’t reproduce this issue on my local installation using Enfold 5.6.5, MailPoet 4.25.0, WooCommerce 8.0.2, and WordPress 6.3.
Are you using a child theme? If you are, please temporarily switch to the parent theme and check if that resolves the error.

Solve one issue – get another: Thats Enfold
And you also give people wrong codes and burn their time and you dont even say “sorry” for doing so.
Example: You gave a code that is supposed to deliver the ORIGINAL size of an image in a LIGHTBOX.
But this “code” is what creates the issues i was talking about several times and which you ignored to support.
Now i got the old issue again: Having hughe images created by Enfold (more KB or bad quality) in my lightbox although i prepared proper images in Lightroom.
There seems to be NO WAY to build a proper website with your theme.
You want to support at least in this case or you want me to rate your theme with an very detailed description of all issues i found?
Question: What is the code that shows the original size of my images in my LIGHTBOX without loading all original sizes in the page?

All this is so CRAZY BUGGY….its unbelievable. The Settings for the masonry gallery thumbnails is “180×180” and this is whats been loaded.
Even the size for the header is compelety nuts cause its a full width slider. Why is there a 1500px image loaded????
