All the Micdrop widgets suddenly disappeared from the website and I cannot edit nor add anything new: the text header, the list that reads from Micdrop Events etc.

How can I do that and from where? The latest version on their site is 3.16.1 and didn’t find a place to get previous versions.
OK I rolled back to an old version which is 3.15.3 and it worked now for public users to view them. But you cannot edit anything as they don’t show up in the backend Elementor editor…

How do you change the font size of the titiles for an album. The font size is too big and will cut words in half and add them to second line. What is a solution for this?! I submitted a ticket and have not had a response yet.

Hi. I’m wondering if another update is on the way. I’m a little frustrated right now. I bought the theme back in September but hadn’t had time to work on the new site. So, of course, now that my support has expired I find that the theme doesn’t work as expected. All imported pages are blank. But it’s only the Micdrop theme I’m having this issue with. When I switch to other themes, I can see some of the imported elements and menu items.
I’ve read your documentation. I’ve updated to the latest parent and child versions. I’ve made sure that my site has all proper PHP resources allocated. I’ve tried the regular import after theme registration. I’ve also tried importing with the XML file. Nothing is working. Since I have no other options and it seems like a bug right now, I’m wondering if you have another update on the way.

The theme will be updated, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out.
Could you please let us know which PHP version are you using? If you are using PHP 8.1 please note that we haven’t tested the theme with this version yet. We recommend using the theme with PHP 8.0 or PHP 7.4.
Also, please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if all of the plugins are also updated. It is important to also update Qode Framework and Micdrop Core plugin once the theme is updated, and the plugins with available update will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I’m using PHP 8.2. All plugins were updated and any plugins not recommended by the theme were disabled.
I did more testing. The issue seems to be happening at whatever point the Elementor pages are imported. I erased and imported the content several more times, including individual sections. Both using the regular importer and the XML import. Even though my site has plenty of resources allotted and I have a fast connection, only the individual select imports upload without interruption.
Regardless of import method, when ever Elementor pages are imported is when the site loses functionality and can’t be recovered. At that point, only background color is visible. Menus, sections, and text all disappear. I’ve tried importing both with Elementor disabled and activated. The content has no trouble displaying if I install other themes.
I imagine this can’t be fixed overnight. ‘ll switch to a different theme for this project. I thank you for having responded.

This could be due to the lazy loading feature for images added in WordPress 5.5 version. Please try installing the Disable Lazy Load plugin.

It would be great if you created an example page with all of the features. Right now they are burried in the theme and when you find a feature you like, you don’t even know what it is. Hello, I want to purchase but I was wondering if there is any recent update of the theme (since Oct ‘21). A friend installed it but got many errors while importing demo content and other issues.

Thanks for writing in! We have tested the theme with the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress 6.0 and everything works perfectly fine. When it comes to the demo import, if you are somehow having an issue with the demo import we would kindly ask you to check your resources as well as you can always try to import our demo content with our XML file.
We have not encountered any error with the theme testing it on our installation so if your friend has any issues best practice would be to submit a request at our help center and our support team will be happy to help.
The theme will for sure be updated and compatibility will be added to the changelog.

When it comes to “Deprecated: _register_controls” That is not an error which you are seeing, but a harmless notice. If you are not experiencing any issues due to this, then to remove it go to wp-config.php file, and disable wp debug by changing this line of code:

Theme uses Elementor as page builder and the demo content is built using this plugin. All of the features displayed in the demo can be achieved with theme options and free Elementor version.
We are constantly working on updating all our themes and since compatibility for WP 5.8 and block based widgets was added in the latest theme update the theme should work correctly on latest WordPress version. By purchasing Regular License you will be able to use our theme for an unlimited period of time, you’ll be able to update your theme every time we release a new theme version, and you’ll also have the option to get all the latest versions of the plugins that come bundled with our theme.
