Is Impreza theme compatible with Thrive Architect?

Thrive Architect is not supported. Impreza comes with the built-in Live Builder for editing and also supports WPBakery page builder.

You can create a Page Template that will contain the Post Content (Full Content) element and the Post Comments element. After this, you can assign this Page Template to the needed post at Theme Options > Pages Layout.

Hello, I know, I have disable Live Builder, but in the new version 8.18 the page layout edition is only with Customize Live

We just released the 8.18.3 version which should resolve this issue. Please update and check. Don’t forget to clear the cache after the update.

This image is added at Theme Options > Site Layout > Customize Live. You might need to switch the “Site Canvas Layout” to see the image-adding control.

Hi, so we have a bug on this theme where the title of the image for portfolio items keeps showing up when you hover. We’d like to remove that title/meta title on hover? We did it for the normal images, but it isn’t working for the portfolio images?

Bought the theme, downloaded it and can’t log in through Envato to activate it and use the demos.

Please try logging in here and revoking access to all apps. After this, try to log in to the support portal with the Envato account again.
This is the error I get when I try that: Could not load signed in user profile: The API returned an error (403 – )
Due to the error code, it seems that the issue is on the Envato API’s side. It could be a temporary connection issue, please give it another try. Also, you can try clearing the browser cache and cookies and trying it again. Or you can try it with another browser, logging out from all Envato services/accounts before logging in again to retry.
I have purchased, installed and activated version 8.13.4, I no longer have the support license.
Still the theme is not automatically updating to version update 8.17.4. It’s like I no longer have rights to the update.
I went to WordPress Dashboard or Appearance > Themes. it still does not work, tried deactivating your license at https://help.us-themes.com/ (“Licenses” page of your profile) and activate it again at WordPress Impreza > About. It still does not work.
How should I do?

As a workaround, you can download the theme at your Themeforest profile, in its “Downloads” section.
Also, check if some plugins or hosting settings might be blocking requests coming from/to https://help.us-themes.com/. I hope this helps.
