No i cant do that as you told me to renew my support last time I mailed. Please take a look at your YT video for TTS setup – the google URL for TTS doesnt work anymore – please update your documentation and instructions to a working version for TTS – this appears to be a theme issue

Is there any limitation on demo data? For example, if I purchase in this year, 2023, can I choose a newer demo in future?

Yes, all the demos will appear in the ‘Import Demo Data’ section. If your friend doesn’t see all the demos on the import demo data page, it means he hasn’t updated the theme and the import demo plugin to the latest version. Please advise him to update the theme and plugins to the latest version by following this guide..

I email gmail accounts everyday while talking to customers, there are no problems with anyone else – it’s just you. Perhaps you could just take a look at my website – you know the url and can see the problem at the bottom of the page with the social icons. svg’s are not accepted but when using png’s it leaves unwanted code on the page. Mobile icons also show as a different colour so obviously have their own settings somewhere and it’s not clear where to put them. If you could update the theme to allow pngs and answer the question about mobile icons it will all be sorted.

The Gmail account I created and used to send you an email is a new Gmail account, and I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Additionally, we’ve thoroughly checked for the issues on our testing site and didn’t encounter this problem. Therefore, we need to investigate this issue from your end and require your information for that purpose.

I have started using SE Rankings for SEO and during website audits, it flags your theme CSS file as “too big”. It is the file main.css.

This makes your theme suffer in regards SEO, otherwise it’s very good.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

With your post widgets we also can query custom post types or only blog posts? Most of all themes have custom query option to select any post type. What about yours?

Hi, I inserted my code in the AMP section for Google Anlitycs G4 tracking.

I don’t find this data in the reports.

Is there anything that needs to be done other than entering the code?

With the old Google Analitycs I had the URL /amp/ as a reference and now not.

Hi I purchased your theme and when my support expired I paid for extended support. I contacted your team and I was told to reach Envato directly they now tell me for extended support my license doesn’t change and I have to contact you. Please assist as I have been going back and forth between Envato and your team and I have proof of my purchase for extended support.

Hi, I have 4 licenses for Soledad, on different websites. Unfortunately my Support is expired but I have a problem on all of them…when I try to generate an article with the “AI smart contents creator”, I get the message ”Something went wrong,empty response,please try again!” and the title is not generated. I have an API key in the settings, on all of the websites, and they are on different hostings, so I don’t think it’s something related to the server’s settings…and everything is set up properly…. I apologize but I consider that I should be able to use your AI smart contents creator plugin as I paid 4 licenses but I can’t… can you please advise? Thank you!

Yes, you can easily switch from any theme to Soledad. Here’s what you need to do:

1/ Deactivate all required plugins that came with your old theme.
2/ Install and activate Soledad, then install the plugins you want to use (Soledad doesn’t require any plugins; all plugins are add-on features). If you want to import a demo style, you’ll need to install the “Penci Soledad Demo Importer” plugin.
3/ Import any demo style you want to apply to your website. Please note that because your website already has existing data, when you select to import a demo, uncheck “Import Demo Content” and only check “Import Demo Style.”
4/ Adjust the website as you desire.

That’s all. it’s simple and easy to do.

I have several of your licenses. But for some reason, I can get any other plugin to work on your theme? I’ve been trying to get a “pay per post” high rated plugin to work, your theme just doesn’t accept this???
