Question from Agency / Portfolio customer. Is there a setting or plugin that would allow us to display a video / video preview when a visitor mouses over a gallery thumb / image?

Thank you for sharing your query. It depends on you which plugin is mainly supported by Elementor you are using. There are Elementor widgets that can provide you with this option. As our theme is fully compatible with Elementor, you can use those widgets.
But, we don’t have any theme’s build-in Elementor widgets or, functions to display video preview on mouse hover.

Hello, I have a pre-purchase question. I’m considering using this theme as a tech/developer portfolio site, but I was wondering how many ‘particle’ effect options are available to change the background? Also, is there an option to enable interactivity for the ‘particle’ effects so that a user’s mouse will manipulate the movement of the effect on the page?

There seems to be a bug in Displaying Radion Buttons and Checkboxes with Formidable. I have created a Form with Checkboxes und Radio Buttons. The Live Version of the Form did not show the Radio Buttons and Check Boxes properly. After i changed the theme, the Form was dispplayed properly. Ist this issue known and is there a bug fix ?

Cant do that, when I make an acct on your site It shows my Purchase but grayed out not allowing me to continue. It shows my support is no longer as active. Im guessing I need to pay $23.63 for support to download Core required plugins needed for my site to Function?
The only thing I need are the Core Plugins that are not downloading during setup. Your Site is listed as coming soon. All you need to do is drop the plugins in the same locations as before and whitelist the locations so users who are installing this for the 1st time (MANY months after purchase like myself) can do so without interruption or needing a support ticket. This theme is broken!

When I select the option One Click Demo Import -> Switch to Manual Import -> Then select content, widgets, customizers, redux and redux_options and then click on Continue & Import button, it does nothing.
