Pre sale question! TCan this theme function with an owner that have multiple hotels in different locations and with different acomodations?
All the hotels are under a company name but inside of each one had differents services, amenities, rooms options, etc. I need to assure that I can offer them as differents hotels.

Currently it doesn’t support manage beds within the 1 room. However there is a workaround. You can create each bed as accommodation type. So you can manage each bed’s booking and availability.

I have one more question:
My client wants only one language initially (English), but in the future he wants to add a second language (Portuguese). I’ve seen that it’s possible to use WPML to create more languages, but my question is the following; When the Portuguese language version of the website is created, is it possible to switch it to the main language and everything works correctly? iCals, reservations, WooCommerce payments, emails etc?

Yes you can add multi languages website feature using WPML plugin.
All contents will remain the same but you have to create pages, posts, header, footer posts for the 2nd language you create as well (basically to translate these contents).

I have hoteller Version: 6.4.6. I have updated again the Elementor from 3.16.3 to 3.16.4 and also the Elementor Pro is at the latest version. I can create a new footer. But once is saved, I can not edit it anymore.
Please open Settings > Permalinks and save all settings again to see if it fixes the issue.

Hi presale question. I am interested very much in Hoteller especially when it uses MOTOPRESS BOOKING PLUGIN
A) Regarding the Booking Refundable Rate and Standard Rate
- I can see from the previous presales questions various payment modes (partial, deposit, etc.) by customers are available. However, there’s no setting seen in the ability to set 2 types of rates A) non-refundable hotel rate (once set, cancellation will cause no refund for full payment made, and thus we can offer the lowest rate for promotional purpose) &
standard rate (able to be refunded after deducting deposit if canceled xx days ahead). And thus how would the refund setting be done from admin dashboard if client need to be refunded. Would like to know about this.
Regarding Deposits.
- that it offers a feature for a non-refundable deposit for customer booking in the booking form. From previous presales questions, I have seen answer that it’s set from global setting, which means it apply to all rooms and all date range. However, is there a future plan on setting a particular non-refundable deposit amount on a certain date(s) for a particular room(s), but not a flat deposit on all dates and applicable only to all rooms in the general booking form? In this question, you would see, that there are 3 variables to be altered (deposit amount, dates, room type) which are independent of being set
C) Regarding minimum and maximum days of booking. - From other presale questions, I have seen that “Set the minimum or maximum days the customer can book” is available. However, can the changes be made individually on particular room type selections for selected individual dates for minimum nights of stay? Or is the setting only available to be set to the particular calendar date/season range for all rooms? In this scenario, the variables for the minimum /maximum nights of stay are STAY DATE (CALENDAR) and ROOM TYPES.

1, 2 Currently the hotel booking doesn’t support multiple rates for the same accommodation type like you mentioned (none refund rate vs normal rates). But you can disable the refund link option so your. customer has to contact you in order to process a refund then you can decide the amount of refund manually.
3. Yes you can setup booking rules for minimum and maximum days of booking ex. date, minimum and maximum days, accommodation types.
