I have shared my website with 5 people and they are saying the site looks messed up when you browse it on the computer but okay when you browse it on the phone. One of them said that the site worked but they came but to later and it was messed up

1. The error “The link you followed has expired” will only occur when there are insufficient PHP settings. Besides editing your maximum upload size, did you also verify that the other settings listed in the documentation are all sufficient? We would really need to see your site setup to assist further. However, you can also always update manually via SFTP by uploading the extracted theme to your themes directory.

2. There is no known issue with the Responsive Typography theme option causing breaking changes when disabled, and I’m not sure which method you were unable to override it with before attempting to deactivate it. For instance, were you using one of the responsive settings on elements or trying to write custom CSS?

It looks like your custom CSS rule which is added to the page via the WPbakery CSS box is causing that alignment issue. The rule I’m referring to is:

 .nectar-flip-box[data-flip-direction=horizontal-to-left] .flip-box-front, .nectar-flip-box[data-flip-direction=horizontal-to-left] .flip-box-back {
            background-size: contain;
            background-repeat: no-repeat;
        }

You can correct that by wrapping it in a media query to make it only take effect on desktop like so:

@media only screen and (min-width: 1000px) {
 .nectar-flip-box[data-flip-direction=horizontal-to-left] .flip-box-front, .nectar-flip-box[data-flip-direction=horizontal-to-left] .flip-box-back {
            background-size: contain;
            background-repeat: no-repeat;
        }
}

If your goal is to have the video play in place, that would require further custom development than can be easily explained via comments.
