I have purchased your theme and installed it on wordpress, however for demos you have asked to upload a file content.xml which does not exist in the downloaded files. please advise.

Hello. I have purchased two licenses of Archi and the experience so far is amazing. This is pertaining to my latest purchase where i have set up the website, but client also needs e-commerce support. So I have enabled the woo-commerce plugin, but was wondering if your template is compatible with any multi-vendor solution that is needed for this client, or if there is a recommended plugin that is more compatible with Archi. Would enabling the woo-commerce’s own (paid) multi-vendor solution have any front end issue with Archi? An early reply would be highly appreciated. Thanks

I found if I activate ‘Redux Framework’, the site will display an entire blank homepage; In addition, I was using ‘WP Super Cache’ plug-in, and it might potentially has some conflict with ‘Redu Framework’ plug-in, becuase it will display ‘There has been a critical error on this website’ if I activated both of them.

Hi. We added our email to line 26 of handler.php. However, we are getting garbled emails sent to us.

Are you getting any other complaints about this? If not, can you test this package and make sure the contact form works? If it does, can you tell us what PHP version you are using? Also, please show us a presentation of what this email notification is supposed to look like so that we can reference it during troubleshooting. There is absolutely no documentation on this we have found that you provide.

Also, there doesn’t appear to be , “your email has successfully been submitted”. Please advise how this is suppose to work and function.

here my purchase code for the Archi – Theme: bfdfa241-2d44-4e2b-b951-c9f000c42e49

We tried to use a custom font for our project, so we installed the “Custom Fonts – Host Your Fonts Locally” plugin and added our font there.

For some reason the new font is not showing up within the theme configuration – Styling Options – under Custom Fonts.

Any idea to get this fixed?

Does anyone have the issue of the portfolio page bugging out? Sometimes when it’s loaded all the photos become crunched down and stack on top of each other. Is there any way to fix this issue? My theme, WP, and plug-in’s are all updated.
