Will you be adding compatibility/converting the Elementor sections to flexbox containers? Elementor rolled out this feature last year and it’s supposed to help with page load time and allow more control over layout. The auto convert feature in Elementor screws up many of the Riode blocks currently.

Hi! Since the second to last update, I have been having problems with JavaScript on my site. The errors are not constant, but when they do occur, they significantly affect the functionality of my site.
The errors that appear in the browser console are
1. Uncaught ReferenceError: Riode is not defined in (index):6878:2
2. theme-async.min.js?ver=1.6.4:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘addEventListener’) at e.init (theme-async.min.js?ver=1.6.4:1:108315)
Since these errors occur intermittently and started after the penultimate Theme Riode update, it is a challenge for me to identify and fix the problem on my own. I would greatly appreciate your help in investigating and resolving this problem.

Is it possible to get the current parent subcategories as oppose to all categories using the riode product category widget?

Riode widgets allow you to show or not only children categories of parent categories. To oppose the current parent subcategories to all categories, It requires extra customizations.

Ajax Error – Cant Update Riode Core
Hi, Thank you for a great theme. I was able to update Riode to 1.6.4 but the Riode Core plugin won’t update. It reads “Ajax Error”. Is there a fix or work around for that, please? Thank you!

Please navigate to Riode >> Theme License and un-register the theme from there and then re-register the theme with the same purchase code.
After that please navigate to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugin from there one by one.
Alternatively, please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin URL and Credentials so that we will check and help you out in resolving your issue.

There are some common steps you have to diagnose:
1: Ensure that your Riode theme is up to date. Also temporarily switch to the Parent theme(If you are using the child theme).
2: Sometimes, browser caching can cause display issues. Try clearing your browser’s cache and then reloading your website to see if the problem persists.
3: If you are using any third-party caching plugins or Content Delivery Network (CDN) services, clear their caches as well or Turn them off.
4: Lastly, please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check your site after clearing the browser cache, There might be any additional/extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue.
If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
If the issue still persists then please keep all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and please contact us via our support system with your site WP Admin URL and Credentials so that we can check it for you on your site and help you out.
NOTE: Take a complete backup of your site before doing above-mentioned steps.

When I create the slider and want to add it to the page with elementor, the photos in the slider do not appear, I sent the sample link. Hi. Does this theme have a similar “Studio” for downloading and installing elements like prebuild blocks and things from other theme demos, like Porto does? I did try to login to Discord, but the thing is crazy with security and I can no longer login, to ask the question. Even after I go to login and enter my emial, it then says “email in use”... when i login!

Can you show me the format of the studio, for WP Bakery please? In Porto you cick the studio and can filter by Call to Action, Full Page etc, and by the Demo itself. Porto has recently dropped a substantial amount of its import, which is why I am looking at alternatives for the future.
With Discord – if I go to it, it says i have THREE versions of usernames, so I opt for my email address, and pass, and it says my email is taken – on the Login screen – which is baffling. When you login you assume that indeed your emial IS taking as youa re using it to sign in,

1 To get Riode studio library with the WP-Bakery page builder, You just need to edit the template or page with this WP-bakery page builder. It will take you to editing page. After that, just click on the Riode Stuido icon on the top left corner of page.
There you will see the Riode studio library where a lot of pre-built elements are available.

First of all you need to add the compare icon in mobile icon stickey bar.
You can add this from WP-Dashboard>>Riode>>Theme options>>Menus>>Mobile icon sticky bar>>add compare icon from the list.

I think some plugin cause problem to follow your tuturial. the compare option not show in the mobilie icon stick bar. and also all other desable not available to select. maybe any plugin i am using causin this incompatibility. but thanks for help

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue.
If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well. We also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials via our support system with me as well for further investigating the issue on your site.
