I performed the v7 update with the evanto plugin. Then this happened. Now I also removed the plugin “envanto” and it’s still the same. I reinstalled the relevant files, no change.

Hello, we really like Layout #4 in the posts (https://imgur.com/a/ys28k6v) on desktop, but on mobile, it doesn’t look very good, so I want to ask you if we could use Layout #4 on desktop and on mobile to set it as if Layout #1 or #3.

The idea is that on mobile the image looks a little too vertical, we would like the image to be more horizontal, its height not to be so high (https://imgur.com/a/2Yn2MmF). Also, a dark fade behind the title with white writing would help to easily distinguish the title from the image.
I have another question related to SEO, do you think that this layout would in some way affect the presence in google news or discover? Considering that in the settings I chose to use the representative image in parallax and I set the “Standard Post Format: Show the featured image” option to Off?

Please try these common solutions. If none of these fix the problem, please open a new support ticket.
- Update everything including WordPress, the theme and plugins. Available updates appear in Dashboard > Updates.
- Deactivate all plugins in case there is a conflict. If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.
- Switch to the default theme (such as Twenty Thirteen) then try to do what was not working. If the problem remains, it is a general WordPress or hosting issue. If it happens only while using our theme, please let us know.
- Clear cache in both your browser and in any caching plugins that you are using (also disable services like CloudFlare, if used with your website).
- Revert code changes if you have modified the theme’s code. If using a child theme, reactivate the parent theme.

This issue occurs after the latest update. If i close the mobile menu and then i open it again, the x icon appears. I think it’s a bug in the latest update.

whtat’s the new features in V7 ？
Jannah theme has a white labels feature, my question: Is it possible to change the folder name of the theme (i.e. from ‘Jannah’ to ‘Heaven’)? Will the theme still be working well? This is also a good feature I think, and the real white label means.
btw, I can’t wait for Jannah 7 to be released, Let’s see what you have done to your beautiful theme.
