I purchased this theme a while ago and never used it. I am now ready to use it and it’s telling me my license key is being used and I have never used it. Please issue a new license key that works. This is really confusing to be issued a licensing key that is already in use.

We have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now. It was registered here, however, we see that the theme is no longer in use on this domain.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hi, we have the same problem as @axbegue. After the update the menu and the footer disappear. Also some pages are not accessible. I see the text ‘page-copy’. I tried auto update and I tried FTP, but still the same problem. Please help!

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated Edge CPT to its current version (2.4 at the moment).

I did, but still I see the text ‘content-copy’ at the bottom of the page.

We couldn’t reproduce this on our installation. This could be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins (Edge CPT, WPBakery, Slider Revolution, WooCommerce…) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

The new version 2.5 is broken, it auto update to 2.5 and menu and footer disappeared, I clean install 2.5 version and same problem

After further investigation we’ve managed to reproduce this. You can add a fix by navigating to edgt.functions.php located on this path:

wp-content\themes\baristawp\framework\lib\edgt.functions.php

Search for function ‘barista_edge_get_module_template_part’ and edit the line shown in screenshot.

Where are the changelogs found for updates?

I found them in the theme download if anyone else wants to know. Couldn’t find this info in the online docs or anywhere else.

I will have to agree with mrlekman. We receive plenty of notifications of new themes from Qode but not updating existing ones is discouraging and may act as deterrent factor to buy the new ones as well. It is not my intention to be judgy, please take it as feedback to focus on maintainability while keeping sustainability. Best regards!

Many people might use the theme in important projects and this reply is unacceptable since you do not have any ETA for about 1 year.

Import doesn’t work. Have tried multiple times from different browsers and off of fresh resets, and yet it still freezes every single time. Pretty disappointing theme, might return it.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.

Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Where is my last support? Did you delete my previous message? I installed the theme on Wordpress 6.3.1 with all required plugins and server’s requirements. But I cannot import demo content with 28% loading which stopped. I noticed your team haven’t updated the theme since July 5, 2022. I guess that why the theme could not install with latest Wordpress and latest WooCommerce in PHP 8.2.x. Could I get a refund? I don’t want to use the outdated theme. MASONRY GALLERY IS BUGGY

MY support expired – so it is not possible to open a support ticket… – but this problem exists… How can you change the fontcolor and the fonttype in masonry gallery. NOT THE HEADLINE, just the textfont… Right now it is merryweather… In edge options its not possible to change… primary and secondary fonts do not work in the masonry gallery…

BTW as I mentioned before: The text in the rectangle textbanner is not displayed on mobile view – only the headline. Just open your demo content on a mobile device and you will see…

sorry guys, my support expired… so i am not able to open up a ticket… And this bug exists from Day one of my installation.

Just check your demo installation on an iphone and you will see, that the text small text in the rectangle container is NOT DISPLAYED on mobile view…

Just a heads up… In the reservation-form shortcode, the times are wrong in the dropdown. 12:00pm and 12:30pm are listed as am. I’ve gone in and manually fixed this in the template file. Please can you update this, so in future updates it doesn’t revert back. Thank you.
