As You don’t use a background for the first section in the homepage you need to disable the option “Extend the background of the first section to cover the Header” in the Homepage settings > Styling

Disabling that option on my homepage styling doesn’t solve this issue, it is still transparent when scrolling up, this also occurs when changing to dark mode. I debugged the CSS and found the problem comes from your CSS “html #tie-wrapper #theme-header .logo-container” which has an extra transparent background. This is a minor issue that needs to be fixed in the next update.
Is there a way to run Jannah live search while google search custom also active? Currently we should delete the Google Search Engine ID in the Integration Options to use the Jannah live search.

is there any way to hide the Jannah Option into NEW POST page based on User roles? I use “user roles pro” but no way to find a solution for that. we use frontend submission, but we want to mantain just the “basic” posting option, not ALL the Jannah Posting options (just for admins and editors)

The issue only occurs in individual categories of the site
Bug1: Site is not updated automatically and it is showing the old or past date while it should be latest date. Similarly news are also not updated in homepage 99% time check this https://prnt.sc/SgXHgE1QtIck while today is 17 and remember if you want to say it may be from catche so it is not because we have already cleaned all catche and no such catche plugin we are using. Pls cross check this and fix on urgent basis.

1. It is a caching issue, As I see you are using the “Endurance Page Cache” Clear all aches including the Cloudflare cache if you are using it. also try to disable the caching plugin and recheck.
2. It is caused by one of the plugins used on your website, try disabling all plugins and recheck.

No Dear, It is not working… It is a Bug. You need to cross check it please. Can you please try this with your end. Because we have tried in our case we have tried by removing the CloudFlare and any other such cache plugin. And one more thing why we need to remove CloudFlare for this … Like you are using we need to use also and it should work and refresh with CloudFlare … We have used CloudFlare on several CRM and other news and wordpress sites without any such issues.
So, I request you please fix this issue permanently. And why all other inside pages are working? with cloudflare and with other cache plugins. And there is no such concept that cloudflare show the cache file of only index or home page. It will apply entire sites. Check the CloudFlare documentation.
So, please cross check this bug with your end once and then let me know. You are correct or I am correct. And it is very urgent and important. Thanks

ps: another basic option could be to choose whether to position the notification bar: in the header or footer of the site

Mega menu is no longer working since recent update. Now it’s just a list which drops all the way down off the end of the page. It previously presented a nice layout of columns. Is there a fix/solution to resolve this please?

Hello, my support has expired, but I am writing to you here to request a new feature, so that you can consider it in future updates. It’s all about site width and appearance, there are two options, one full width for a single column with no sidebar, and one for a single thin column in the center. The full width is too wide for my taste, and the single column is too thin. Then I had to use CSS to adjust the appearance, I share my site: https://yosoyespiritual.com/decretos-amor-divino/ I used full width but reduced it, that way the menu is wide, the content is thin and the bottom widgets are wide, I like that look on a PC screen. I would really appreciate it if you included that page width for future updates, keeping it like this, looking like that, is great for me. Thank you.

Hello. I updated the theme to the latest version and now the main nav menu on desktop stretches all the way across until it can’t be seen in view. The menu is supposed to wrap itself so all links are visible. And on mobile the social icon and search stretch too far out now.

Twitter API is not free anymore, You need to subscribe for $100/m to be able to use it check this for more info https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/petition/essential/basic-info , we have added a new Twitter API widget that doesn’t require API keys but it requires the visitor to be logged in to Twitter to show the tweets on your website
2. Sorry, I am not sure I understand you correctly, what is the issue in the Instagram section, nothing changed related it in the last update.
3. As mentioned Twitter API is not free anymore, so we added an option in the Arqam Settings page to enter the number of Twitter followers the same as Facebook and Instagram

You can hook to the tie_html_class filter using the WordPress add_filter to replace the “dark-skin” class name on specific pages.
