Kindly review and make adjustments to your homepage. Scroll down to locate the “Porto View Options” section, and within that section, you’ll find the “Banner Type” option. Choose “Slider Revolution” from this menu if you wish to have it displayed. To remove it, simply deselect this option.

The css from Port is overridden by woocommerce - and so in “singel-product-view”, the “info-tabs” are without padding and the text is directly at the edge. This is the code which is overriden: .tab-content { padding: 15px; } because “theme shop.css” does this: .woocommerce-tabs .tab-content { padding: 30px 0 15px; } -> when i change this, the padding works globally for the content in the product-info-tabs in single-product-view – but can you help where is the mistake? It appears that the custom links perform as expected, smoothly scrolling down to the designated section. However, I observed that the accordion does not expand by default. It’s worth noting that, as per the default behavior, there is no provision to alter this functionality. Customization would be required to achieve this particular modification.

Thanks for providing us with the URL of your site, we have conducted a review of your site and found that you have used the Custom CSS for the Font-Family of the icon on your site as FontAwesome version 5, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/JDrCK6fL
And in our latest version 6.11.0, we have released new Font Awesome 6 icons, so in that case, If you face any problems in terms of icons, You should change custom css from ‘font-family: Font Awesome 5 Free’ to ‘font-family: var(—fa-style-family-classic)’ on Theme Options > Skin > Custom CSS.
So in order to solve your issue, please find and change the font family of your already added code with the below code and check back after clearing the browser cache, And you will find the code added under the Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS.

The last version of WP Bakery on my site is 6.11.
In Porto Setup Wizard is seen as a plugin, but it shows failed when an update is attempted.
How do I update WP Bakery to the latest version?

It looks fine on desktop but on mobile phones the menu should close after click or else you can’t see the content of the page. You already fixed this once but now this problem is back.

Hi, I have several sites with your theme, in many of these almost all of them for a few months the speed optimeze wizard system has been experiencing a critical wordpress error. Just add or remove any feature and everything and it crashes. I also tried disabling all the plugins, but it always gets a critical error. I don’t think it’s an isolated problem of mine.

Hi, all the changes I do in theme options does not reflect on pages. Some of them works and others don’t…. Also, when I install the demos, they look different comparing to the demo preview websites, the layouts on the header are different and the search is no popup as the demo preview is, even if I change the search settings in theme option, nothing makes effect.
