What update? You’re still requiring us to agree to a privacy policy and terms of use that you don’t even link to. This is bullshit. I can’t spread word of this on envato but I can spread it on reddit.
And, no, I don’t want a refund because getting a refund would mean that envato would force me to remove all comments on your theme. That’s the only reason most of the themes on themeforest have high ratings – envato forces the removal of their bad experiences as a condition of getting their refund. The ratings system on envato/themeforest means nothing.
Keep the money. At least I can warn others to stay clear of this theme in the comments this way…...
I think you are over reacting – I see that you have been a customer of theme for several years, and from what I understand you are still using it. I don’t see you complaining about having software that took 8 years and more than 10,000 hours to develop for $69. And get lifetime updates.

I thought I could use the theme graphoical templates without the booking system, as I already have one that works well. But it doesn’t seem feasible as all the sliders and stuffs are linked to properties or specific content type of your booking system.
Is there a way to get reimbursed as I will not use your theme, it doesn’t fit my needs.

I do not know what is the problem of the plugin you try to use as we never used it. If you have more details about the issue – messages returned we can try to check, but I cannot promise we could assist without having some error or message to help check the theme end code. It can be tested by deleting the entire function we have overwritten. The file path is in the help file. That is the only custom change we have made.

Hi, i got this answer from plugin creator:
checked the booking plugin (wprentals) is not storing standard data on woocommerce order.
as i checked its storing post type as shop_order_onhold post type but woocommerce standard order post type is shop_order.
One more thing its not storing payment method type on order meta
So the plugin is not working with booking plugin.

Development team can confirm exactly what WpRentals theme uses from woo commerce functionality and then you can confirm with the plugin author if the plugin works or not as we integrated the woo commerce system. If it is not possible, perhaps there is an alternative to the plugin that works with our current way to integrate woo commerce..

I have read about the split payment mechanism which is not possible. However, I see that you have Woocomerce checkout. There is a plugin called CollabPay that does split payments. Will it work if I use this combo?

We never tested that plguin to be able to advise further, but for split payments to be posible each owner and guest will need to add his payment details.
For security reasons, you cannot allow users to transaction money between them. No site allows that. Payments are tracked and supervised by merchants through API and specific rules. And you cannot allow owners to set an API each in one database.

Can it handle those load easily? Any helpful insights about the load time for the search results page and listings page? The theme will not have a limitation on the number of listings that can be submitted. We do not have a demo with such a large number of listings.
To achieve what you want, along with the correct theme settings, you need to have a good server package to sustain that amount of data.
The theme is equipped with features like database cache, map pins control, optimized code – details that matter for speed.

If it is manual payment in woo commerce, the order is set manually when you get the payment User sees booking confirmed User sees pay remaining balance User gets a reminder email to pay remaining balance as the theme works User can initiate remaining balance payment in his dashboard. he can pay that through woo commerce merchants, including manual payment. Order is manually changed by admin when he confirms payment.

I bought this theme 3 years ago and updated the theme a few times before, now the theme rejects me to update. It shows ” License code is already registered for other domain.” why you set my domain to others, what happened?

ok here pos is credit card machine were i add customers credit card details so we dont need to use stripe, paypal and so on… is also called “Offline Credit Card Checkout Method”
Ok. Then you would need to ask user to send you the credit card info for you to process the card. I am not sure how that should work. Maybe you need to add in checkout form fields for credit card to get them with the order? But I would not be able to offer a step by step process.
WooCommerce as offline payment as method – but not sure if that is enough

hmm i am very suprised that you dont know offline credit card payments is a very normal thing in the travel business i think maybe not just checkout field as the credit card detaisl will be stored in the system so it has to have some sequrity

If there is something I missed, you can double check on their site https://woocommerce.com/payments/ We as developers do not work with POS and credit offline payments, so we cannot know how this works. If there is a new feature you wish to propose, please send the exact process / details / fields to understand if it is something we can plan to add in the future.

pos offline credit card payments work like this:
1. Renter book a accommodation on the phone and we take the credit card details and use them on the POS machine manually this is very normal.
2. Renter book accommodation on wp rentals and at WooCommerce payments is has a credit card form so renter can add card details and we add there details manually in to our POS machine.
the benefit of this is that we only have a very low cost of 1% when PayPal and stripe are much more higher..
this is very common for smaller travel companies

In case 1 – since you do the card details by phone, what else would is needed as feature? Please be as specific as possible to be able to evaluate the request and see if it is Something that can be added to wishlist.
In case 2 – my suggestion with extra checkout fields seems to match. Since in checkout you can add other fields for credit card. In woo commerce case, I assume as payment method direct payment would work best https://woocommerce.com/document/bacs/ since you as admin could transform order to processing after you process the credit card offline as you described you do.

That’s nice. But instead a single link referral, can we add more than one? just on your demo, the link will go to airbnb, how about if i want to make it redirect to agoda and booking.com also?
My concern for my project is, in one single listing will list the property but on sidebar i want it at least 2-3 link more referral link to generate commisions.
example of link : 10% on airbnb, 18% with agoda, 20% on booking.

I set a price per guest at Extra Price Option, then I seltect 2 guests on Booking Form, but the amount shows only one guest’s price under the Booking Form, and the Total Amount is wrong also. We will do this 1. Test on our server email to confirm there is no theme issue. 2. If we do not replicate on our end, we do a standard debug on your site to investigate with wp-admin and FTP credentials, as we need to.

We updated 3.11 with email function based on a specific client situation which is not as yours, but he confirmed it helped him. It was related to his server email and particular language. It may help you too.
Please update to 3.11 (theme and plugins) and check to see if that helps you too. If not, you can choose how you send us your site wp-admin and FTP to do this investigation further, here where all is public or in support https://support.wpestate.org/ where it is private.

Hello. We have not changed anything t hat could block emails to be sent through the theme. If emails do not sent only with WPML languages, maybe WPMl changed something too. Please open a ticket with them.
