I have a problem with the availibility calendar. We have many rates yearly for every season, then when a customer wants to select check in one day in one season and check out in different season.. it says it’s available (we have one single villa) but then when click over confirmation.. it says “There are not rates available”. Any idea to fix that?

There are no shortcodes. I recommend using Elementor with the Aloha Plugin. That’s all you need

1 – Yes, the booking engine already prevents double booking but if you are asking about your listings on OTA’s like Airbnb or VRBO then yes, we include a two way sync as well.
2 – Yes.
3 – We provide two way sync for bookings like (Airbnb, booking.com, VRBO). This prevents double bookings. You can also use this for an internal calendar for example if you allowed a whole house to be rented out or single rooms.

Hi, I’m trying to register your Bellevue template (item ID: 12482898) but I get always an error inserting Token or Purchase Code. We initially installed this template in another domain but then we change it and use instead another one so maybe that is the problem because now we are reinstalling it in a NEW domain but it is always only ONE use so we don’t understand why we can’t register it. Please give us a hand because we can’t have full access to the Visual Template Library and Premium Plugins that we paid. Our support is expired because we bought it last January so I don’t know how to solve it. For example, if I attempt to book a room that starts during the low season but ends during the mid-season with a different rate, the checkout step page incorrectly states that there are no rates for this period. This is not accurate, as rates are correctly configured for each period of the year. If I try to book the same room within the same season, I get the proper rates and the ability to complete the booking.
How can the checkout step take into account different rates according to different seasons when a booking overlaps two periods? Thanks.

The theme we current use now only allows the user that creates the listing to also only be the only one that can manage the bookings for that listing. Does this theme allow multiple people to manage the same listings and bookings? Also, is it compatible with WP Multisite configuration.

I just wanted to inquire whether I can use this website theme for Airport Car Valet Parking Services, so customer would leave there car in our parking lot. I intend to use this theme specifically for an airport car valet service and customers would leave there cars in our parking lot for a number of days, would this be possible? On the booking form i want to add car park locations and not have the guests/adults field and add a car registration field ect. Can i fully customise this?
