I am asking about changing the color of the breadcrumb – background, and text colors but you are showing something totally different.
Breadcrumb is under page settings and there is nothing that supports background and text colors for the Page Sub-Title, when “Show Breadcrumbs” is enabled.
For many years you have been using CSS codes to address this issue but these CSS codes do not always work.
Hence, I asked the question: Can you now change the font color of the breadcrumb on WPLMS v4 without CSS code?
This is a specific element we do not have this setting to customize the breadcrumb color. This is simply to avoid large number settings, since we get only a couple of requests per year for this, we can do that with custom CSS. Yes, you can limit the participants in a course. When you say time slot are you referring to our Instructor booking addon ?Yes in that too you can enable seats per slot.

I also saw that you were pushing people to Tutorly but I am not sure why. - What is the big difference between booking on WPLMS vs Tutorly. - For obvious reasons I am apprehensive to buy Tutorly. I also looked on Appointify and the last update was October 2022. - Is it that I would use Vibe Appointments with WPLMS, or does WPLMS already have booking/appointments? - Is WPLMS marketplace capable for Instructors to teach live and then the platform earns commission and with split payments?
So, there is very little difference between themes as all the functionality is powered by plugins. Yes, we arre releasing plugin updates almost every fortnight. See tutorly, wplms plugin update, the themes does not require frequent updates unless there are design changes / demo releases.
In Tutorly you get the Vibe Appointments plugin where in WPLMS you get the WPLMS plugin included in the pack. Both plugin work with each other seemlessly but WPLMS is for LMS & Course building whereas Tutorly is for Instructor Booking marketplace, so you can have both by having wplms + appointments plugin. Yes, You can create a new tab using a internal page and in that page add the iframe shortocde of another page which has barebones template and the eventon shortcode.

The Wordpress Customizer throws an error and the woocommerce template is out of date…. Also its impossible for me to reach any support staff. I wish I could get a refund.

^ The main problem is that they require you to enter your username and email when you forget your password. I typed the username wrong, but the reset password section said everything was good to go. However without the right username no email was sent… so i was waiting for something that was never getting sent and i had no idea because you dont even have it set up to let people know there was an error… It’s stupid to even add the username part, because if someone can access your email to get the password reset. then they can access your email for the remind me of my username feature you have. It is not any secure its just a complication….
It is a best practice to not disclose whether user has typed wrong username / email in forgot password, please read here

We are using lightspeed on our own support site without issues, so this is not an issue only on your site we found this to be an issue, so this is site specific issue not theme specific.

Yes please! Waiting for it. Please test this on your local server or something. I need to implement the subscription model you offer in this theme and I am using latest subscription plugin called woo subscription 5.6 this is critical for my site. The site is not being brake or something, I just wanted to let you know if there is everything right with you plugin to make it compatible of need to update something. I know you can o lu use stripe to work with that properly, thing is you need to have a sandbox testing site in stripe to make it work. But please consider all this and check test orders to know if this is working along with your plugin to use along the woo subscription. Thanks!

The truth is I’m frustrated because it doesn’t work as expected, I can’t see my theme as it looks in the demo, only text that I don’t need this plugin for, of course. I am using the hosting and domain service from hostinger but nowhere can I find an answer to the problem I have with my website.

Hi there!
We are having an issue with a user. They tried signing up for a product of ours. It is a Subscription(WooCommerce Subscription) and it bundles 3 courses. The user signed up and paid, but didn’t get access to the 3 courses.
We then tried to manually add the student to the courses, but got an error message that said “Members Not Added”... see the first screenshot link below.
I was able to add other users no problem. I was thinking it was due to the subscription part, but I did a test order of the same subscription product, and was able to get added to the courses no problem. I know as the student, you have to go in and manually start the course, but I can see the test user as active on the course.
I can’t find any relation as to why this student is different, but I did notice something odd when looking at the Users page. You will see the last 2 screenshot links below. The first user is the one not working, the second screenshot is of the student who is working. I noticed the working one has a “Active subscriber?” field and it is checked, but the one not working doesn’t have the check.
Is this the reason why we can’t add them to the course?

Since you mention this is a specific issue with a user’s membership, please check if WooCommerce subscriptions has the user’s subscription shown as active. Only when an active subscription the wplms course subscriptions would take effect. If you want us to inspect this case, please post a ticket at wplms.ticksy.com
Thank you for sharing this. As you mention this is a user specific issue. First thing to check is the subscription status must be active in WooCommerce subscriptions. Let me know if that does not help.

This is an Miscrosoft account level issue all the reported errors come from Microsoft, so this can take time depending on what is not correctly setup in your msteams config. There is no further help we can provide as all your issues are reported as urgent even new features.
if available you can create account on Microsoft with any criteria and make configuration but make it run

The ticket is unique related to MS Teams the majority part is to be done in the Azure console as all the errors point towards scope and things.
So we need helping to solve that we investigate a lot of week In case we can make new e-mail and create from scratch
