Hi, when a partner account is canceled no email is being send to the user, even if the option is activated in theme settings and the email template too. I installed a email log plugin and the email does not appear among emails that are being sent.

On the tour booking page, we can only add people one by one by click (-)/(+) button which is annoying. Can you people add the option to enable the dropdown so that customers can select the number of people by selecting from the drop-down at once?

Where do I manage the emails sent when a new customer is registered? and when he requests to change password (the reset my password link)? If a Bank Transfer, the status is auto incomplete and needs to change complete manually. Because only admin know when the customer made the transfer
If payment gateway, the reservation status will change automatically based on payment status. There is no code snippet here

Unfortunately, Traveler does not support this function. Price per person count from one person and will be same to multiply.
Eg: 2 guests = price per person x 2 and 3 guests = price per person x 3…
Otherwise, you can set bulk discount. Therefore, will be a discount applied when book many guests

Hello, I am a developer that is currently working on a client’s website that was previously created by someone else. We already have the purchase code which was purchased for the client by the previous developer, but when I tried to use it on the support to sign up, it said the code is already in use. I am not able to reach the previous developer.
Anyway, my question is a quick one. I noticed that on the previous version of the theme (before updating it), all “featured” images have the same size for tours, locations etc, even if the the source images have different sizes, the display images on the frontend look the same.
But after updating the theme, we reset the size to redesign it using the solo tour demo, but images on the frontend do not looks the same. So some ‘cards’ look longer than others because of the difference in image sizes. How do I make the theme show the same featured image sizes for things that are in a list? (e.g list of tours, list of locations). Is this something I can find in the documentation?

Hello i am using this theme for past 6 months now. in the past 1 week there are certain issues arising. which are making unable to access the resources well
1. there are no options to mange the availability, rates of any of the resource like tours, activity, rental. the options is completely missing from there
