When you scroll through the “Jannah Autoload Posts” article, the sidebar sticky feature next to new posts disappears. This feature is active in many WordPress themes. I ask you to enable this feature as well.

Guys, please include adobe font in your theme. Thank you. Additionally, I’ve been looking for all the ideas I’ve posted on your site and there aren’t any. I don’t understand why they don’t appear. Could you please tell me the reason? and if it is possible to put numbering in the questions instead of “load more”. It feels like they didn’t give that page of ideas any consideration.

I was on your jannah ideas page but it was impossible to vote for several ideas. When I clicked on the + it just bounced back up and would not mark my vote. Please provide a solution to that. Thanks

Jannah Speed Optimization 1.2.5 installed. The new version has arrived, but I did not update it to wait for some bugs to be fixed. Now, due to another issue, when I disable the “Jannah Speed Optimization” plugin and want to enable it after solving the problem, it says that I must first update to Jannah Speed Optimization 1.2.6. IS THERE A WAY TO REACTIVATE THE Jannah Speed Optimization PLUG-ON WITHOUT UPDATE TO THE NEW VERSION?

I’ve noticed an issue with the theme as of late. If I click to remove sidebars and footer from the mobile version, Google is now mobile-index first. This means that when you search for an article through Google using desktop, they’re only showing the mobile version of the site meaning my sidebars and footers are missing. On refresh this is resolved immediately but not every user is going to refresh to see the full content. Obviously the mobile sides of things is fine and the sidebars and footer aren’t showing, it’s just when you search through desktop they’re also missing.

I realised this was an issue normally but after changing WP Rocket and Cloudflare’s settings to cache by device type, this resolved the general issue but there isn’t much I can do on my end with Google. Is there any work arounds for this?

This is a caching issue not about “Google is now mobile-index first” Check the cache plugin settings and make sure it storing a separated cache for the mobile version.

I already had this ticked on WP Rocket and Cloudflare as I already mentioned in the original comment, meaning it was already storing a separate cache. So yes it is a Google mobile index first problem. They use a smartphone to crawl sites. This means if elements are missing on the mobile version (such as sidebars and footer), these will be missing when users are searching for our articles on desktop. This issue only happens with Google.

I have managed to fix the issue by ensuring mobile/desktop versions are the exact same. It’s more of just a suggestion for the theme. I’ve seen a couple people on here having an issue with Google crawling the site.

Keep up the good work though, we love the latest 7 update!

The featured images on my website are not properly sized. Featured images in the same size category (large, small, etc.) are appearing in different sizes, resulting in a terrible layout of the website.

Go to the theme options page > Images and make sure you didn’t make any changes to the settings there and the default thumbnails are active with no custom width and height.

Please note that the recommended size for the featured images is 780px x 470px

I made no changes to the image settings. The issue still persists.

Can i use Elementor for Designing webpages with Jannah?

Jannah is already compatible with the WPBakery and Elementor plugins so you can use any of them to build any landing pages or posts as you want. but the core theme blocks are available in the TieLabs Page Builder only so you will not be able to use them in 3rd party builders. and you can not use both builders on the same page.

Hi, your theme has an option called “slider” within categories, for a list of videos. How can I use that video slider as a shortcode in different parts of the site? For example, I want it to always appear in the footer. Thank you

No option like that is available in Jannah, you can use the Videos playlist in the category pages and via the page builder available in the pages only.

I can’t find the Auto Dropcap feature you mentioned in the latest release, also the CPT feature in News Block doesn’t work, no “Source” label field is found there. Could you please check it and fix it?

1. You can find it on the theme options page > Single Post Page > ” General Settings” section > Auto Drop Caps the first letter of the first paragraph

2. You need to choose the CPT you need to activate first from the theme options page > Blocks Settings > Custom Post Types

The CPT feature has a bug: when choose 1 or more CPT in the theme options, all of CPT items are listed in the Source of News Blocks, the unchecked CPT also showing. Another bug is if I choose a source in the news block, and check for example only 1 item, all of unchecked item’s contents would be rendered in the front end.

I turned on Auto Drop Caps the first letter of first paragraph but the dropcap is not working when I try to edit a post, made some changes and updated the post, however dropcap seems not to work in the first paragraph. Are there any wrong procedures I have done?

Hello, since the Jannah 7.0 update, We’ve noticed that certain articles appear to be broken when initially accessed through a Google search. To resolve this issue, we’ve had to refresh the page each time we encounter a broken one. The refresh solves the problem only for the current user, not all of them. We’ve made several attempts to fix this problem, including clearing various caches, both locally through our plugin and on Cloudflare. Additionally, we’ve experimented with removing minification, but the problem persists.

Should We extend our support so you can investigate the problem ?

I keep getting the following error message: Download failed. cURL error 28: SSL connection timeout

I have disabled my firewall, but I still get this error. Is it possible to download these plugins separately?

I have a custom background color for my home page header menu. When I click on any article and go to view article page, it shows different back ground color for menu as opposed to original home page menu background. Any way to change that ? what could be the reason ?

Seems like two features don’t work:

1. Subcategories in category page don’t show, although enable in category edit page.

2. Menu custom button doesn’t show although enabled via Jannah dashboard.

First clear all caches, then If you are using a child theme, make sure that the files in the child theme’s folder are updated with a copy of the parent theme.

For example the category.php file which contains the new codes of the sub categories, etc
