Hello. Please I asked for support a week ago. I still haven’t solved a simple problem: custom logos don’t apply in Wordpress layouts. I have also attached a video to explain the problem. Here’s a WARNING for everyone buying this theme (I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING IT): you are forced to buy the extended support if you want to use the theme on another domain after support expires. It’s a built-in “feature” they fail to mention.

The builders of this theme built a feature inside it that forces you to pay again for support, even though you don’t need it.

Why? Here’s why: because if you install this theme on a domain and then decide to switch domains, the license is locked. You have to go through them to unlock it for you. So if you are out of the “support period”, you will have to pay again for 41$ for the support, which is basically 2/3 of the initial price of the theme.

In case you haven’t understood the whole picture, YOU ARE NOT BUYING A THEME. You are BUYING THE RIGHT TO USE IT ONCE, which you have to pay again and again for because the builders, axiom themes, block your right to use it so that you have to pay again.

Again, please understand what you are buying: the right to install the theme once on one domain. That’s it. For everything else, you must pay them for extended support or buy more “licenses”, which is basically buying the theme multiple times for the same usage.

Whenever you want to install the theme again, if it’s been more than 6 months from the first install on a server, they will force you to pay for extended “support”. Which means removing the limitation they imposed on your purchased good.

You can install the theme on your test/development server for testing/development purposes. As soon as the project is ready for moving to another domain (create the backup to be on the safe side), please disconnect the license and activate the theme on another domain. Development installation will still be functional, except for importing/exporting demo data and installing updates. You can perform all other tasks there without any issues. Moreover, you can easily transfer the license from your production site to the development one and back again at any time, if needed.

You need to “Disconnect” your purchase key from the previous domain first. It can be done in your Theme Panel – Theme Dashboard.

Are there any plans to update the Woocommerce Shop features? Please see updates to https://qwery.ancorathemes.com/shop/
For example:

Single Product layout – 2 columns; carousel
Product Styles: Modern; Hover; Minimal; Overlay
Single Product: Full width; Gallery Cascade

It seems that your newer themes have the upgraded Woocommerce Shop features. Can you please update the Kicker theme with these features? Kicker is the same price as Qwery but lacks the shop functionality. We need an update please. Thanks

It has been 4 months now. I noticed that Kicker was updated but no changes were made to the store. Why wont you update kicker with the same framework as the Qwery theme which is the same price? It is 2024 and we need a functional store and would like autoplay video for our videos in the post archives. Please update this.

My installation finished with lots of items missing, including the “our newsletter” popup. I’ve manually installed the popup plugin now but since the newsletter popup is missing, the subscribe button on the website doesn’t work. Neither does the button work on the header.

How can I fix that? I’ve created a new form meanwhile.

I submitted a Ticket, Still waiting for a response. You guys just did an update on the “Gadget” skin, unfortunately, that’s the skin im currently using. After the update, My site went from a normal beautifully laid out easy to navigate page to a wide everything, weird buttons, images missing, missing everything, No sidebars, everything was in one long line in the middle…and the “Sign up” Subscription box was spread wide with a VERY long button that stretched from one end to the other! Like wth!!! So I had to find another skin, install it, RE-FIX everything like I had it before, RE-ADD my logo, tagline, widgets, blocks, even my posts were missing, and now 6 pages are gone! POOF! It took me the entire day to re-fix everything and im still not done!!!! Can you please answer my ticket and also why did i need to update the skin, and will this happen EVERYTIME an update happens????? If so I need a refund because I dont want to disrupt my SEO, I dont have the time nor dignity to go through this again and again!!! Now for the good part I’m totally happy with your template and skins, just clicking a few buttons re-arranged the stuff to go back to the normal settings by downloading the pre-settings but again, once I do that, it clears everything! even my logo and my tagline, my info about my site, ETC! So pleaseeeee tell me that this will not have to happen everytime you have an update. Thank so much

I deactivated the theme on my website and activated on another (same domain, new server). I keep getting the activation error.

Edit: this is fixed now.

Hi Support-Team,

i miss the h1-tag at in the blogger container which is needful for SEO. If you look in your demos, there is only one template which has the h1-tag, all the others starts with the h2-tag. The problem is located at

sc_blogger_item_title entry-title h1

At the Layout-Section of Elementor i find the Title tag “Heading 1” up to “Heading 6”. But the option “Heading 1” doesn´t work. If i choose it, nothing happens in the frontend. The title isn´t chaning from h2 to h1.

What can i do`?

Settings of this group allow managing the overall look of the WooCommerce elements (works only if the WooCommerce plug-in is installed). The single products can be added/customized in WordPress Dashboard Menu > Products. Three layouts are included: simple, variable and affiliate product.

I never used the template and when I want to use it it appears that the code has been used and I try to contact support and now the support expires, what can I do?

1. Boxed – the page’s body is in the area of limited screen width, and the background image is visible. 2. Wide – the page’s body occupies an entire screen width (the background image is behind it and is not visible), and the content occupies the fixed width area in the center of the screen. 3. Fullscreen – the page’s body occupies an entire screen width.

The gallery header option on the blog only seems to show on the desktop and not the mobile. When I go to the same blog post that shows a gallery header on the desktop does not show on the mobile.
