In this case, you shouldn’t encounter any issues as a result of the warnings. These warnings are reflected when WooCommerce plugin is updated. We will however be updating the theme to reflect the latest WooCommerce template files.

Hi, I am very interested in purchasing your theme, but before doing so, I have a few questions. 1. Is there the ability to customise user details, such as add height, eye colour, location etc.? 2. Can you search for profiles based on location, gender etc. or is there a filter? 3. Is there an option for recurring payments, for example, I would like to set 3 months, 6 months and 1 year – each recurring. Is that possible? Great system. A few basic questions:

1. Is there a demo login for a member so I can see the back end? WC, Stripe Payment, etc.

2. What system is used for when the member buys a membership?

3. Is https://www.arrowchat.com/buddypress-chat/ still the recommended app for video chatting and if so, how hard is it to implement? Any tips for it would be great to read up on.

4. Can you disable features you might not want to use?

  • Unfortunately we do not have a backend demo login for users. We only have front-end login which is: Username: demo , Password: demo
  • We use the Paid Membership Pro plugin for memberships.
  • Yes you can use ArrowChat, Wise Chat or any other BuddyPress supported Chat solutions. However, since Arrowchat this is a third-party application, I would recommend consulting their team on how to go about the integration.
  • It really depends on which features you wish to disable. Perhaps you may confirm on this so that we are in a better position to advise

Dear Seventh Queens. Congratulations on your theme (Sweetdate). However, after two registrations the site is no longer sending confirmation emails after login. 1 – Can you please advice on what steps to take to correct that which does not include the use of SMTP? Is the theme using Contact 7? 2 – SOmetimes the site shows users profile on the search, samll round profile picture that apears on top left of the website. Why it does show and other times it wont? Tghank you and I hope to hearing from you as soon as possible

In regards to your queries here:

  • The theme does not control the Email sending. Email sending is handled by WordPress and WordPress uses the default PHP Mail function for this. If your server blocks the PHP Mail function or has different configuration requirements then the Email sending will not work. You will need to consult your host about this. Else you will need to use the SMTP approach which is way much better.
  • The theme does not use Contact Form 7 for registrations
  • Please raise this query within your support ticket so that we can get to check.

  1. Sorry, it is a WordPress product not really a mobile application hence it is not available in PlayStore and AppleStore. We have not devloped any mobile application version of the theme.
  2. There is no country limitation when it comes to the theme usage.
  3. The theme can be translated into different languages depending on the language you intend to use within your site. If however you need to have your site as Multilingual, you will need to use a Multilingual plugin such as WPML which will require you to purchase it.

With respect to your question here, you will need to enable the Account Deletion option from your WordPress dashboard, under the Settings > BuddyPress > Options > Main Settings > Account Deletion. Once this is done, users can delete their account by navigating to their profile and clicking on the Settings tab. Here they can have a view of the “Delete Account” link, which when clicked on will delete the user account.

Hi, I have purchased sweetdate and customized it according to my client requirements. Currently, i am stuck on three points for which i need your help. 1-Website works well on desktop and laptop and as i open it on mobile, it seems left aligned. how i can fix that? 2-i have made three subscription levels of the members but all the levels have same content by default that i want to control like i want to show less features in basic subscription and some more in the next two plans according to charges but i am unable to find the by default pre-written features of the membership levels. kindly help how to change according to my wish? 3- I have Slider Revolution that does not appear on mobile. how to fix that? I am thinking to upgrade the Elemento to PRO. Besides buy their PRO version from their official site. It used to be one price for the plugin, now is monthly and yearly prices, what is that means, let’s say after one year, the widgets, features, etc stopped working if I don’t pay for the 2nd year to continue it, and so on… That’s a total rip-off!!!

Anyway, there are so many Elemento that sold on this site. I am wondering would it be the same PRO version? If so, can you recommend me which VERSION to buy?

About your question here, our theme only requires you to use the Free Elementor version. You don’t necessarily need the Elementor Pro version. However, if you would still wish to proceed to purchasing the pro version, the Elements from the version are provided by the plugin. I also do suppose that as it currently stands pricing of Elementor pro is yearly based and depends on the number of websites that you intend to use it on. I would however recommend that you consult the Elementor Pro support team on the right plan for your case as they are in a better position to advise on this.

Thanks for clarified on the plugin. Ya, it can be a hassle if those extra features, etc is not compatible with the sweetdate theme min wise that is. Most of all, it’s now pay by yearly price. Ya, there are more minus than plus.

In this case, unfortunately I’m not in a position guarantee full compatibility of Elementor Pro with the theme since it is not a required plugin. However, I do not foresee any major issues in using the plugin.

Should you encounter any issue with the pro version of the plugin, I would still recommend consulting the plugins’ support team first.

In relation to the warnings and notices here, these shouldn’t cause any issues within your site. They are meant to assist developers in debugging their code and checking for compatibility. They can hence be ignored in the meantime. However, just to touch base on these:

  • Deprecation notice: I do not seem to trace this notice from my end while using the theme. It’s likely that you may be having a plugin that could be triggering it.
  • As for the warning, this can be caused by a variety of issues, such as spaces in code in either the theme or a plugin. We will be addressing these warnings in the theme updates.
  • In the meantime, I would suggest disabling debugging as outlined here.

About the follow-up questions:

  1. No you don’t click anywhere “Buy License”. What I meant is that you will need to purchase the theme again similar to how you carried out the first purchase. Within our sales page here, you need to click the “Add to Cart” button and proceed with the purchase.
  2. Upon purchasing the theme, you will need to download it from the Downloads section. Next to your download, click on the “Download” button and select the option “License certificate & purchase code (PDF)”. This will contain your second license which contains a different Item Purchase Code. The purchase code is the unique identifier to your license.

I want to buy your theme and I need to know two things before buying it: - does the theme have or could it integrate a function with the help of which ads can be inserted exactly as they are on youtube? That is, when a user wants to see the profile of another user, he must be forced to see an advertisement and thus, we can monetize the site. - I would also be interested if a plugin could be integrated for payment by SMS. Many users are afraid to pay by card, especially since they have heard about recurring payments and fear that money will be taken from their card in the future.
