I reviewed your ticket history and you reported the same problem in ticket Z3223.
It was caused by third-party plugins. Please disable any plugins not included in the theme package to find the root of the issue.

However i have a question about translation.
I followed step by steps your instructions through your documentation, translation basic, translation preparation and there are some items still untranslatable.
I’m using Loco translate and i’m not able to translate the course builder. I have synchronized and saved and put my file into system. All plugins and theme are updated.

Other question about counter of views. When i visit a course, the description curriculum and start the course. The counter of views does not change.
I have tried different login (as admin or unlogged) and nothing change.
It stay at 1 view.

We have created a task for the development team, and these static strings will be available for translation in future updates.
If you have edited demo courses, please set the number of course views to 0. Then, open the course in a different browser and in incognito mode. The counter will begin counting the course views.

Hello, I just install the theme and its require update the theme. But when i clcik update, the error is shown as bellow: “Could not move the old version to the upgrade-temp-backup directory.” I checked on the host and the folder upgrade-temp-backup folder has been created, and the. folder is set permission 777. Please help me!

I activated the plugin on localhost, now I want to test it in another location and I can’t deactivate it, as the site on localhost is not available. How to solve?

According to the Envato Support Policy, the license should be used to activate a single live domain.
We reset the previous activation on localhost and you can use the license in the staging domain now.
Before changing the domain, the license should be deactivated following our manual below:

Certificate is still showing old students first and lastname. When students change their first name and last name in profile, the system is still giving them the certificate with the name as it was added there. For my checks i have try to generate the certificate without using the certificate builder, and then it shows the current name. But if i use the certificate builder addon then it shows old students name and not the current one. It seems to be like the certificate builder addon is not getting the current data from the database or something.

This is the default behavior of the LMS system. There was a request to prevent students from generating certificates using different names. That is why the certificate will be issued with the initially created First and Last name.

Where can i change this settings ? to allow students to change their name ? I got you point but many students register their name wrongly on the signup and then after they get their certificate they ask us for editing name etc. Maybe you should add a option to switch this setting depend on admin default settings or with a edit request tool, where users can request changing name and admin can decide to approve or to reject.
We have assigned a task to the development team to make this setting optional. It will be included in one of the future releases.

We are able to create a multisite with a same license with a sub domain. My website and sub-domain.website.com.

1. The MasterStudy LMS Pro plugin is included, but additional add-ons like Email Branding and Google Meet require a separate Pro Plus subscription.
2. If you create a Multisite using the same domain, the license will be valid for sites in subdomains.
3. There is a commission system in LMS settings, you can define how much Instructors earn from the sales. With the default PayPal payment method, instructors are paid automatically. with other payment methods, you should pay manually.

You can activate the child theme now, the issue was resolved in theme version 4.8.21.
The “Featured Courses” are promotional courses and allow instructors to display their courses at the top of the courses page. Restriction access to the Featured courses will not be logical for this feature.

The option states; “Enable this to add a ‘Featured’ badge to the course,” indicating that any course creator can utilise it. However, there are no settings available to determine who can access this feature. I would prefer that course creators pay for the privilege of using it

All in all, I love your guys. You are definitely changing the game and cementing your place as a true leader within this vertical. However, my question remained unanswered. You have “Course Status” and “Featured Courses” when creating a course. However, it appears anyone creating a course can use these feature whereas that should not be the case if everyone were to create their courses and push them on the category as “featured courses”. This has to be a paid feature for teachers to access and it should include “Course features” as well.

The “Course Status” is available for all instructors for free, and there is no option in LMS settings to set a price for this label.
The “Featured Courses” promotes the course in the archive page and it is paid. When the free quote ends, instructors should purchase pricing plans to make new courses “Featured”.

I appreciate your response. There is an issue here. The course status being FREE is an understatement because not everyone is creating a membership website. There should be an option to set price for the “Course Status” features for non-membership websites otherwise the purpose of the marketplace is far from ideal. Please, can you direct me to the handbook where “Featured Courses” are paid because i cannot find that within the backend or how to do so.
