I have tried to uninstall the Unyson plugin because it is slowing down the website. The plugin hasn’t had any updates for a long time, which now poses a security risk. However, this is causing the website to crash with a ‘critical error’ until it is reactivated. Is it possible to deactivate the Unyson plugin without it crashing the site?

I found a huge bug in the system which makes the entire theme unusable. I use Woocommerce subscriptions for my subscriptions in the site. Everything is working fine BUT, when a user cancel their subscription or subscription ends, the account remains active no metter it says Canceled and is able to use the entire site without buying anyting.

Yeah, but what I found is , even when I disable the plugin and use standard build in packages. Even when they are canceled , deleted etc the account remain active with all the privileges
And another thing. You are provoding provide limited support which not include custom integrations and third party plugin is involved can you give me the hooks please and I’ll integrate it by my self

Hi, I purchased this theme sometimes in 2021 and set it up on our site, everything was working fine until we lost a backup of the site and now we are trying to setup the site again, but the purchase code I have is not working because it is still linked to the previous site that is no longer active or functional. I would like to know what can be done, buying support for $67 doesn’t make any economical sense…the old site where the purchase code was first used is no longer active, you can check your system and just disconnect the purchase code from the old URL so I can use it on the new URL

I understand it’s a freelance marketplace theme. I guess what I need to do with it is have the ability to change the words “job” or “jobs” to “supplier” or “suppliers”, and “freelance” to “off-taker” throughout the entire theme. Is this possible out of the box?

With it I have only one trouble: Even if the payment failed, it still creating the invoice for clients and not saying anything about failed or not => it creates issue: in INVOICE SECTION there many invoices and not understood what is paid and what not) – please help it’s very important – thanks
