OK, the archive pages don’t work for my purposes. Another question: can the awards “badges” be generated dynamically? I suppose is done by an image editor, but will be very useful for the final client administration.

Current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

We are not sure if we understand. To access theme license please follow instructions from this article.
If you are referring to the bundled plugin license, please note that the plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
These plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can also contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Hi, i purchased CINERAMA and hired developer to work on it, then she quit half way through and now i am beginning to finish the website myself. I need support, but the support has expired, and it was purchased in her name, even tho i paid for it. i need support. Do i have to purchase it again to get support?
here is my current issue: i purchased the theme to display my video portfolio, and be mobile responsive. it is failing ! problem is that the VIDEO BUTTON widget does not display properly on MOBILE or MOBILE responsive.

when hitting play it displays like attachment 1 (scroll down on the page to see) - impossibly small, worthless. unwanted black areas to left and right of tiny video player. if we hit the enlarge button we see attachment 2 – proper size, but huge black areas covering top and bottom of screen, clearly a problem attachment 3 is using a button (not a video button) that links to same VIMEO URL, now it displays correctly, although since it is on vimeo, i have lost the ability to stay on my website, or customize the rest of the frame. the usefulness of #3 is to show that the problem is not vimeo, it is the video button.
the entire purpose of my website is a video portfolio. that is why i purchased cinerama. this is a serious failure of my needs please help thank you

Hello, I’ve come across another issue: I’ve tried different plugins for setting the og:images of my pages. They work, but the og:image of my selected home page always gets overwritten by one of yours (https://cinerama.qodeinteractive.com/elementor/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/open_graph.jpg). This also happens when I choose a new home page – the og:image will be replaced.
As you can imagine this is not great. Can you please tell me, where to modify this behaviour?

Hi there, I’ve recently bought this theme and I am setting it up right now. One question: How can I create a menu that links to a single portfolio item?
In the demo content that I have imported I see portfolio items in my main menu, but I can’t seem to create them by my own.
When creating a menu I only have pages, posts, individual links and categories to choose from, but no portfolio items. What am I doing wrong?

I updated the theme(ver 2.7) and added the new Portfolio Items, also used Edge portfolio Images/Videos. However, the below code emerged above the Image on the Portfolio page.

Hello, Instagram widget not working on safari but working on chrome, paralax cinerama in elementor not working on ipad, impossible to make full width title paralax on a page, the menu is not great on mobile

New Widgets section which came with the newer versions of WordPress is a bit heavy on the server resources. This is the reason why you are seeing those errors. However note that those errors are not affecting your website in any way. You can simply close them and continue with making changes to your widgets. Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

I purchased this theme and installed it on my WordPress site. Today, I changed my domain name, and the theme is blocked because the license is already tied to the old site. There’s no way to deactivate it from the old site or activate it on the new one. Additionally, I’m unable to reach your support team to deactivate the license from the old domain.

You can now also easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

You can check the option for adding videos on portfolio single posts in the screenshot.
On regular pages, videos can be added either with “Video” or “Video Button” shortcodes (please see screenshot).
The WPBakery page builder is included with the theme as a bundled plugin and it doesn’t need to be purchased separately.
