Hi, suddenly the category product view has changed from 5 products in a row in the grid to very big 2 products showing grid. I didn’t understand what has happened. Although we are using a category grid view in 4 or 5 products the system always showing all the categories in two blocks.
How can we correct it ?

Regular license is sufficient in most cases if you are creating a single store for you or for your client.
Each regular licence entitles you to use the theme on a single store. For multiple stores/domains/subdomains you would need multiple licences.
With a single regular licence you can also install the theme on your test server (for testing purposes), but that version shouldn’t be available to the public.

The instructions provided for removing the Zoom on productpage. “How to disable the Zoom function from Product Page” Does not work on the latest version of the theme. Can you check this after the update ?

Very weak documentation. I don’t know where to activate or modify the following: 1- Login popup: The “My Account” link beside the search bar has no action and it’s static, It should popup when i click on it for login or create an account, besides, it should change to be the name of the customer when logged in.
2- Mini cart slide drawer: in your demo, the mini cart click action is opening a drawer from the right. In my website it show a drop down menu. From where i can change it and make it drawer like the demo.
3- Top links are not showing or working and don’t know from where i can activate it. It shows only the social channels

If you reply on this for production be careful it will case failure , the license stopped and refuse to active.

The issue could be because the domain you are using to activate Lience is not the domain you registered when you purchased the theme. Your Active License request for another domain may have been received by the system.

Your ticket may have been assigned to the incorrect department. Aizaz only supports the Porto WP theme, which is why he didn’t comprehend your issue.

Porto 4.0.6 is released with MagePlaza Search 4.0.5. That version has PHP 8.1 issues and is refusing to index the products for Autocomplete search function.
