Hello, there seems the be a bug in my theme thats conflicting with WooCommerce and because of that, product quantity and price are 0 after checkout. The order summary displays 0 for the quantity of each item as well as the unit price is shown in 0. but the total price is shown fully. Might this be the reason (Your theme (Massive Dynamic) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.)

About outdated files, this happens when WooCommerce releases an update after our theme update, the whole plugin works fine but it will show a warning for the developer to know about the update.
The version I’m currently using is 8.2
Hi there, thanks for letting me know. Maybe one of the plugins conflicts with WooCommerce, so please deactivate all your website plugins (except Massive Dynamic’s included plugins) and clear the browser cache. Then check your website again to see whether the issue or not.

I installed Massive Dynamic zip and got errors when download some of the required plugins (core..etc. “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.”
I tried to sign up to the support… without success, (no confirmation email sent to mailbox or even spambox). I could try twice without getting a message that the email was already used.. Still, when I finish to register, I could post a ticket (ID 17273).. but how can I see the reply if I have to log myself first to see the answer…?

If you mean to change the logo from the admin panel and set it for the website it’s possible but if you mean you want to change the Massive Dynamic logo in its setting panel, unfortunately, it isn’t possible. 3. Yes, working with Massive Dynamic’s visual editor is really simple and you can use our complete knowledge base as a guide. 4. Massive dynamic contains two contact form plugins ( WP Forms and Contac Form 7). please let me know the name of the plugins that you want for email autoresponders and membership to let you know.

Hi, I have bought this license many years ago I know my support has expired but I wondering if you can help me. Never have this type of issue before. I’m running Massive Dynamic 8 with a child theme 7.2. From the domain they are recommending me to upgrade to php to 8.0 I’m running 7.4.33 but when I change the version of php it crashes the page without leaving register in debug.log. I have follow the instructions: 1) Change to other theme, 2) Eliminate Massive Dynamic 3) Instal the new version. Also when I activate other theme it works in php 8.0 with the same installed plugins. Thank you

I have a couple of questions, How can i set amount of columns in portfolio grid? It defaults to one on mobile and 3 on desktop, but i cant find this option.
Also, how can i have an image keep a fixed aspect ratio when scaling width? My widescreen images get squished into portrait when scaling width of my browser.

Currently running PHP 7.4 and Version 7.3 of the Massive Dynamic Theme. When I update the theme to the latest version, the site does not work properly, so I then updated the PHP to 8.2 and the website has a critical error.
I have had to roll back to the previous theme and php version, but I need to be using php 8.2, so this is not a long term solution.
I know my support has expired, but can you help?
Thanks – those plugins were not part of the previous theme version, updating the theme then installing those plugins has solved it.

Hi, I can’t see the site demos. Gime me a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.
Also, when i try to import one template (for example Restaurant) the import it gets stuck at 1% of the process. I have read the explanations in the support forum:

Ahhh one more thing…. A suggestion, you could add in future updates the Yelp, TripAdvisor and Email icons (for a mailto) in the “Social Links” part. In the case of restaurants, it would be a good option to have these links.

You’re very welcome. If your website supports SVG format, you just need to navigate to the site setting >> branding and upload the logo there. But if it doesn’t support SVG, you can install one of the plugins for supporting SVG and then upload the logo from site setting >> branding.
