Are you guys planning to add Elementor page builder compatibility to this theme?
Hello,
You can create and edit pages in Elementor while using the Impreza theme, but the theme’s elements are not available in it. Our developers are not planning to implement the theme’s elements inside Elementor and concentrating their efforts on other priority features.
Hi There, I purchased the theme back in May 17, 2022, within your support website its showing my license key, but not activated. Within the live website its showing “Impreza is activated” but I’m unable to activate the theme to download the recent theme updates from within the website. I’m also unable to raise a support ticket request on your support website, as my support is expired. What can i do??

Try switching to one of the default WordPress themes for a second, and then switch back to Impreza. It should refresh the status allowing you to activate via Impreza > About.
HI There, there has got to be an easier solution than this? The website is quite a busy ecommerce website, and I’m reluctant to switch theme whilst we are receiving traffic on the website, just in case an error occurs?

I have a public question because my support has expired. For the past 7 weeks, my monitoring (UptimeRobot) has been alerting me every day about 3-minute Downs. The site is really down, and I’ve been able to check it live. I wanted to know if others had this problem. I installed the site and the theme on 2 hosts to compare. I still have the problem.
Do you have a similar problem? I’m trying to debug but it’s long and complicated to target the problem. My hosting doesn’t detect anything on its side.

If there are errors related to our theme, please share those. If you encounter errors related to other, non theme-related, plugins, please contact support of their developers team. If there are no specific errors referencing theme or any plugins, try contact the hosting support.
Hi, I am trying to apply a custom query and use the “Page load on scroll” option on a Grid List. I’ve tried to hook to the actions “wp_ajax_us_ajax_grid” and “wp_ajax_nopriv_us_ajax_grid” but that seems to be overwriting the output and that would mean I would have to write all the HTML that will be outputed all over again.
Is there a way to use my custom query and just update the AJAX call being used in the function “us_ajax_grid”?
Any help will be much appreciated!

We have 2 hooks that might be suitable for your goals. They are both located in the us-core/templates/us_grid/listing.php file.
First one is us_grid_layout_settings, it is used to apply changes to the grid layout of the grid.
Second one is us_grid_listing_query_args, it is used to apply changes to the grid’s query.

You can edit your pages with Live Builder, which is a built-in solution, or use WPBakery Builder with additional functionality. The editing process is fast and smooth. As for the Dokan, we never tested compatibility with it. You can check both by starting a free Impreza Test Drive.

Impreza don’t work with PHP 8.1. Impossible to update a page….

Pre-purchase question: I’m planning to install the “Simple Shop” demo. On the online demo, I’ve successfully added a reviews section using the “Post Comments” element. However, this section displays all reviews. When the number is small, it’s fine, but when we have around a hundred reviews, how can we display them in blocks of 10, for example?

Impreza is translated into Italian. You can set the site language at WordPress > Settings > General, and the interface will switch to Italian as well. In case you want to adjust certain translations, you can use the Loco Translate plugin to apply the needed adjustments.

Will I be able to make a video blog with Impreza. Is there a possibility for video posts? I did not see such an option. When I select a video post option, nothing changes.

Impreza supports WordPress posts with the video format, allowing you to create templates and lists of these posts. You can use video preview inside the Post Image element (“Show media preview” option) while editing the Grid Layout or a Post Template for your video posts. As for the design ideas, you can check the Film Maker demo, or use other blog-related demos with video previews instead of image-based previews.

Hi! I own Impreza licence and have a quick question. Im working on website that have many contact forms and Im using Contact Form that came with theme, NOT Contact Form 7. Question is, can I change error text on inputs? What I mean is, when someone leave input empty which is mandatory, form gives a line of text: “Fill out this field”. Where can i change this output message? I wanna put it in another language and maybe reformulate it. Thanks in advance!

Some changes and features do not require updating the theme and are implemented via the Upsolution Core plugin update. Thus, versions of the theme and plugin might differ a bit.
The YouTube widget is working. However, when I upload a custom thumbnail image, it is displayed. But when I click on the Play button, the video doesn’t load. I have enabled GDPR compliance in the Impreza settings. With this setting enabled, the video doesn’t load. However, when I turn it off and then select a custom thumbnail and click Play, the video loads.

You can view this field via the Post Custom Field element. It will show elements using a list or a table style depending on the field settings. It will only show sub-fields with the text string or image; more complex fields inside the Flexible Content field are not yet supported.

hello, the reason is that I need to update an old website which runs impreza 6.2.2 and upgrading to the latest version breaks the entire website. So I will try upgrading to the latest 6 version. thanks
An intermediate version of the Impreza won’t help resolve this issue, as older versions might not be supported by the current versions of WordPress. Please try updating to the latest version by following this guide. If the issue persists after the update, please create a support ticket, so we could investigate and help you resolve it.
