As showcased in the demo (for the “Elements” wide menu), the default behavior on mobile is to switch to dropdown (please see screenshot).
If you are perhaps using some 3rd party plugin, then please understand that when it comes to 3rd party plugins we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

We couldn’t reproduce this on our end.
This could be caused by some third party plugin. Please deactivate all your third party plugins except bundled plugins (Select Core, WPBakery, Revolution Slider, WooCommerce…) clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.

I am having the following issue, all blog posts dont show unless I deactivate the select core plugin. Of course when I deactivate it the layout of all pages does not show properly. I have tested all plugins and this is the one causing the issue with the individual post pages not loading (blog list loads fibe and links to each post correctly)
If I uptdate the plugin, the pages also get broken. Any suggestions on how to fix this bug?

Please try updating the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is important to also update Select Core plugin which will be listed there.

When I try to update the theme, the buttons and spaces are displayed as shortcodes. How to solve this?
I use WordPress 6.4.3 and I would update the current 1.5 theme version to 2.2, in order to update to PHP 8.2.

Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated Select Core plugin and other plugins listed there.
Also, you should make sure that your purchase code is registered in Moments Dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.
We also recommend using PHP 8.0 since the theme hasn’t been fully tested with PHP 8.2 yet.

The options listed in Select Options > Header (color, fonts) will be applied to wide menu too.
Please understand that there are a lot of plugins available and it is not possible to test our theme with all of them. Our main focus is to help with built-in theme functionalities and supported plugins. We cannot give you an exact recommendation as we haven’t tested such plugins with the Moments theme and we cannot guarantee their functionality.

If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Select Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there.

One of the plugins, Revolution Slider, that comes with the theme needs to be updated to a newer version that addresses a Minor Security Issue in Versions 6.6.12 and older. This security issue only becomes a potential problem when template zip files are imported from untrusted sources, but it would be nice to have a version where it is now fixed.

Hello! I was interested in your theme, but are you aware that some of the Home pages (like the Multipurpose, Announcement 1 and Announcement 2) are not responsive. When loaded on a phone, or a smaller browser window, I just get a blank screen. It’s a bit off-putting as I’m interested in using the Announcement page. If it wasn’t for this I would purchase.

I have imported the demo files changed the php to 7.4 and its worked for 1 day. Today its not working. I see in the logs some errors about the slider. I deactivated the slider and woocommerce but still the site its not opening. I cant create a ticket because the theme its not showing on my profile
The theme will be added in the “Supported Items” dropdown once you submit a ticket for it first.
When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.
