I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the AccessPress Social Counter plugin that I recently purchased. The main plugin, AccessPress Social Counter, seems to be non-existent.
Installation Issues with Compatible Extensions: I have made multiple attempts to install compatible extensions, but each time I am met with the same error message: “Github error: API rate limit exceeded for 81.169.144.135”. This has rendered the plugin and its extensions completely non-functional for me.
Given these issues and the fact that I have made numerous attempts to resolve them without success, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund for my purchase.
