The “Mobile Header Layout” in the Salient options > Header navigation > Mobile header tab is independent of your header format, and can display a centered layout.

Thanks for the tip, but what if I wanted to use the centered layout only on select pages? Am I able to trigger that somehow?

There’s currently no built-in option to specify different header layouts on select pages. You would either need to switch to a WP Multisite installation or make the modification form your child theme.

You can use the “Page Heading Font” field to control that in the Salient options > Typography > Navigation & Page Header tab.

You can also reduce to maximum width on that header by You can make that change by adding the following snippet into the custom CSS box located in the Salient options panel > General Settings > CSS/Script related tab:

.single-post #page-header-bg .row {
    max-width: 1000px;
    position: relative;
    margin: 0 auto;
}

Hey gustav939, the split line heading elements shown on the page you’ve shared all seem to be animating normally. Since it sounds like your issue is isolated to the actual editor, we would need to take a look at the backend because that’s not a known issue, and I can’t replicate the same locally.

Outstanding response time and resolution! I had no idea that I was in low power mode. I’m on AC power and my battery is 100% but apparently it was set to “always”. You guys are awesome, thank you! I just spent several hours trying to figure out a workaround I could implement across multiple client sites and was wondering why I never noticed this problem before!

That sounds like you’re encountering a conflict with a third-party plugin which may be adding styles to the admin panel. Can you kindly confirm if deactivating your third-party plugins changes the issue?
