Hey, guys. I want to make significant edits to the site and for this I wanted to install the theme on my local computer and through Open Server create a local copy for editing. But in the process of connecting the theme, I got a message that the theme is inactivated and is only available for one domain. So I can’t fix the theme locally on my computer or how can I solve this?

You can’t install the theme on two different domains, instead, you can create a dev site on the same domain as a sub folder or sub domain.

Your support is not responsive! I purchased your theme notified you about its non-responsive tables and bullet point functionality on mobile devices (After the last update) but still your support do not even bother to answer. Its getting frustrated for me now.

There is a bug in its recent update. Posts that have a YouTube video have a white box appear at the top, as if the video was repeated, but it is just a white box. This doesn’t happen with normal posts. This only happens in the mobile version. The X also disappeared from the mobile navigation menu. This is not a theme-related issue, nothing in the last update could cause an issue like this, try deactivating all plugins including the WPRocket, and clear all caches If the problem goes away while all plugins are inactive, then reactivate them one by one to determine which is causing the problem.

Youtube thumbnail how does it work?

The Video thumbnail downloader works automatically, you just need to set the Youtube API key in the theme options page > Integration section, then in the post edit page, set the post format to Video and enter the Youtube or the Vimeo video URL in the Video Url field, if the post doesn’t have a Featured image the theme will download the video thumbnail automatically and assign it to the post.
