Before purchasing the Meup theme, I have a couple of inquiries:
Does an affiliate program plugin compatible with your theme exist, or could you custom-develop one for an additional fee? I’m interested in a system where influencers can register, view vendors offering affiliate programs for their events, join these programs, and receive a unique link to share. The link usage should result in a commission for the influencer. On the vendor side, there should be options to set the affiliate commission as either a percentage of ticket sales or a fixed amount.
Is the QR code scanner app already developed, or is it something I need to create and implement myself?

- QR Code scanner app: The theme support this. You can use .apk file to install in android phone and use the app to scan QR code. We supports code React Native, so you can use it to submit app to apple store and use it.

The URL you shared looks applicable only for Staff Member. A normal customer is getting the error message: You don’t have permission to check qr code
If a Staff Member checks a ticket, the second check will show that the ticket is invalid saying that the ticket has been already checked. Here what I want is just a simple verification of the ticket without making it invalid (checked). This is important for a customer before really going to the event venue.

(1) As a simple VISITOR of the website (not connected), I should be able to verify the validity of a ticket even if I’m not the OWNER of this ticket. A use case that reflects the market reality.
(2) Writting down the entire long URL can be cumbersome, can you make it possible to do the verification via a FORM? Like I enter the QR code digits in the field and I get the validity response?
(3) A verification page that I can create by juste putting a short_code like [meup_verify_ticket]? Then the page will contain the tracking form

- The VISITOR can’t check it. Because if you give QR code for any visitor, you can risk lost ticket.
- Currently we will provide a link for check ticket. The customer only need to click it and the system will display the all information about ticket.
- Also we will create a hook/filter, so the visitor can check it with a link.

Thanks for the quick response
CHECK-IN means you consume the ticket and the ticket becomes invalid. Only staff member can do a “check-in” of a ticket. That’s good.
VERIFY means you only display the information of the ticket and if ticket has been already consumed (checked-in), you will be able to know it
There is no risk to VERIFY a ticket because you can do it only if you know in advance the QR code of a ticket. A simple visitor can verify a ticket with no risk

there is an issue related to buying tickets in “simple seat mode”, if you let the customer to choose the seat he can choose it over and over, this issues occurs only in the default events created by the developers, if you create new event this issue gone
i think that they enable repeating buying same ticket in default events so you everyone can try the demo without facing problem if ticket had been booked before

Presales: Is there Google Meet and Zoom integrated into the theme in a way that everything is happening within the site and users do not have leave the platform?
Currently the theme doesn’t support this. The customer only can get user/pass access google meet and zoom.
Is this something you plan to integrate? Is there any plugin on Themeforest that will nicely integrate with the theme without any concern in terms of compatibility and themes future updates? I love the theme but Zoom, Jitsi or Google Meet would accomplish what I intend to cover though my preference is zoom. I can see many prospects like myself. Is there any reason why you have integrated either of these?

One question
How to have the ratings of the event only for the people who attempt to the even so they will rate it after the event ends(it could be by date) ( so the have a good feedback to Rate/review the event) and not before (maintaining the condition that the only ones who can rate the event are those who bought/getFree ticket and attended the event. everyone can see the rates that are made to the event once the event is over.

In addition to that, image map pro is not the best plugin to make seat maps, it is too tedious to make maps of more than 100 people, draw seat by seat, name seat by seat, rename seat by seat, write the name of the seats one by one so that the seating map can work, imagine how much time it would take to create a map for 500 people, or for 1000??? This should be able to be done by blocks of seats per row, as other themes commonly do.
The current update (if we take aside the errors), although it is true that it allows the use of areas, it does not come with one of the most important which is to allow choosing types of seats (seats for children, adults, the elderly, students, etc.), this We have asked you for it a long time ago, you said it would come in the next update, and two updates have already passed since that. The theme has a lot of good things, but these missing things and bugs are core features for any ticketing theme. Please fix it soon..

I checked your image https://prnt.sc/Nly6w5WjpC9d and seems it is problem with browser cache: Seems some CSS and Javascript doesn’t load. You should delete cache browser and delete cache server and test again.
Could it be due to the caching plugin I use? wp rocket. Any cache plugin or recommended configuration?
I think it cache in browser of client. The client can delete browser cache or the browser will auto delete after period time.
This is extension in safari check. It isn’t effect to theme.

hello, there is a problem in theme, when a client choose seats ( A1,A2 ) for example, they shold be removed from the list of available seats but they are not removed, clients can choose same seats again and again !

in the simple seat ticket, there is a field with the list of seats i have to fill, for eample ( A1, B2, C3), when some one buy a ticket and choose seat A1 for example, A1 seats shouldnot be available anymore, but wen another one see the available seats, seat A1 is still available

I have two queries
1) If the customer purchases 5 tickets, can they receive the 5 QR codes in a single file instead of 5 separate tickets or does there only be 1 general QR?
2) What routes should I modify to change the language of the APP
And as a suggestion, I am also in favor of having variable prices on the seat map (adults, children, etc.)
And it would also give them a lot of sales if they include the point of sale, so that tickets can be sold directly at the events.
