It’s a customization error that your theme has, and if it’s been six months since I bought the theme, now I can’t fix it because I don’t have technical support. This theme doesn’t allow to configure the sidebars properly, I can’t make a sidebar appear in the projects category archives. Can’t you give me an answer to this problem?

The sidebar is a very important element on web pages, and I need to place it on the pages I want. When a theme has such an important lack in its configuration, the authors of the theme provide some php code to insert in some file, or some other solution. You provide absolutely no solution. I have even tried some sidebar plugins, and none of them work with this theme. For me it is very important to have that sidebar in the category archives, and you tell me that it is absolutely impossible. That’s why I have rated you with one star.

You are asking for a feature that is not included in our theme by default. Basel is designed to have a full-width portfolio masonry grid without a sidebar. There is no easy code to add a sidebar there; you could see this before purchasing our theme. So you are using the rating to force us to provide you with additional code customization that is out of our theme support scope.

Noticed a possible Bug, When in Mobile view, and shop page layout has Off Canvas sidebar for mobile ON, and you have BASEL WooCommerce Layered Nav in the widgets with a Display Type of Drop Down the Drop down option does not display when viewing from the mobile. Please advise, this is a filter on the sidebar. I cannot see this in your demo due to the setup not the same. Many thanks

I am on basel, wp bakery without “add block” the theme itself becomes useless as it complicates importing additional elements. is there a workaround for this?
Or the only option is to go Basel -> additional pages -> select additional page/element -> Import page? both element and page imports as a new page and I have to edit and save any element I want and use/import in existing page.
