Hello, I have uploaded all the videos of my course in mp4 format, but when my students play the videos they stop after a few seconds as if they were loading, but they do not play or they play stopping many times before finishing the video complete. Even though we have expressed this many times, you still put the blame on us. I sent you my passwords and you did not review them in detail. We write a ticket and you still do not help. Should improve: I using woocommerce payment as default, when the transaction finished – customer already paid (using woocommerce payment), system was not add the student in there course

When status of the order is set “Completed” the users will be enrolled to the courses by default.

If you are using third-party payment gateways for WooCommerce, you should contact plugin developers to enable autocomplete feature. For some payment meths the following plugins work:

Thank you for your reply. I tested again, it worked fine. Because in woocommerce many status for payment. I have other suggestion to improve: Translatation. There are in theme and 2 plugins: masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system.pot and masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system-pro.pot also, many same keywords as same in 2 plugins.

Some strings appear in both the free and pro plugins, which is why they are repeated in both versions.

I recently update the theme and now student’s can no longer access their courses, when clicked on the courses it keeps loading forever

Providing access to WordPress in public comments is not allowed. You can provide site credentials by extending your support period or by reaching us in the Facebook community.

There are several ways of the sharing logs:

1. Join our Facebook community and provide logs by creating the post.

2. Upload the log file to the cloud and provide direct link here.

3. Extend your support and create ticket in our support platform.

new students, they wrote their names wrong, now the certificate is with the wrong name and they have already corrected it, but the certificate is not modified as it was at the beginning. If this change is for security reasons, the teacher should have the possibility to correct the names on the certificate. But we cannot leave this option 100% because the student, at least when it is the first time, does not pay much attention to that topic.

This is the default behavior of the LMS system. There was a request to prevent students from generating certificates using different names. That is why the certificate will be issued with the initially created First and Last name.

IS there any way to make the lesson content use more of the screen? The content has a HUGE border around it on higher resolution monitors – If I add an image into a text lesson it defaults to 400PX wide.. and then if I change the 400PX width to 100% the image does not fill the size of the lesson screen… (seems to be maximum width 860px !) which is still tiny. Even on a 1920×1080 screen i would want the images to have less border around them.

You can apply custom CSS to extend the width on desktop view.

the 860px width REALLY really needs to be a minimum width as Image slides are too small to view – If a teacher uses screenshots taken from a HD monitor in a lesson students cannot view text in the image as it is squashed by 50%. It means everything has to be reformatted to be added in.. huge time waster.

The pictures uploaded by instructors in the builder are inserted proportionally. However, not all teachers may want to display the images in full width and may need to resize them according to their lesson content.

Hello, I want to ask , regarding the certificate received by the student, so the name in the certificate display cannot be changed (which is in the blob:https://domain.com/xxxxxxxxx),

so if students change the name on their profile the name printed on the certificate does not change,

and this causes differences in the recipient of the certificate stated on the certificate and when checking/validating the certificate code there is a difference in the owner of the certificate,

In the initial version, when I bought this theme, the name on the certificate automatically changed if there were changes to the student profile. Thank you

Currently site administrator cannot modify certificate of the students.

We are going to review this behavior and make it optional in future releases.

Can you apply the following CSS in theme options > Custom CSS section:

It should display a sidebar on mobile view as well.

Hello again, When we installed the plugins deemed “necessary” by the theme, the errors I mentioned in the previous message appeared. So “This theme recommends the following plugin: WPBakery Page Builder.” To avoid seeing the warning again, I installed the WPBakery plugin along with Elementor. But unfortunately the Theme Editor, widgets and some other features have disappeared. When you deactivated the WPBakery plugin, the lost features came back.

The problem is; You declare that a theme can be used with two page builders at the same time. This misleads people.

since the last couple updates, the Courses’ styles were not able to activate, it’s only udemy.. and the other two default and classic are broken and shows “There has been a critical error on this website.” I thought it was some plugin or an update on my side, I tried the theme on plain wordpress for testing, it’s the same!

we’re dying here, and even udemy takes a whole endless empty margin on the right !

actually it’s the latest version and all the requirements are met!

The scroll on the right side may occur due to custom header or footer template. To solve the case try applying the following CSS in Dashboard > Theme Options > Custom CSS section:

body.single-stm-courses, body.stm-lms-user-account, html.stm-lms-lesson-opened body { display: block !important; overflow: hidden; }

For critical error, it is required to check debug logs with hosting provider.
