Hi, I’m going to purchase the Theme. One pre-sale question: since I do not want to show prices of my products and want to deactivate/hide all sale buttons, icons, cart of woocommerce… I would like to be sure the theme can work in “catalog only” mode.

Caught a bug with woocommerce {order_date}. Don’t know if this is a theme issue or a plugin issue. When switching an order from “completed” status to “pending” and then sending the customer an invoice to make payment the date is wrong by a day.

I see, most likely it’s not related to Rey because there isn’t code inside that would hook into the order processing part of Woo.
It may be an incompatibility with another plugin or straight up Woo bug. Try running some tests on a staging (clone) version of the store and disable all plugins except Woo to see if there’s any difference.

Rey menu w/ options is not showing up in the Wordpress menu bar like it once did. What in the world is gong on now with this theme?
I haven’t received any reports about this issue recently. Might be a conflict with some other plugin, or some errors in the background, I’m not sure. It might be worth installing Query Monitor plugin and check to see if there are any errors reporting.
Also, I suggest running a WordFence scan on the website to ensure there’s no security concern.
Both Rey Theme and Rey Core suddenly not auto-updating – stuck on v2.7. Now my site is broken at the moment.

please check Lightbox in product page, after update not work well, when it’s in full screen and you scroll through the photos(next or previous) and then close full screen the main photo stays open on top of the other and the page freezes… and there are no extra zoom options full screen lightbox

Indeed, there’s a problem with this Video setup. Basically the Video button is not working, while when in the lightbox when exiting with video active, it throws an error.
I’m getting it fixed right away. Please submit a ticket at https://support.reytheme.com/new/ or here on my profile page’s contact form, and share a temporary’s admin account form me. I will apply the code patch as soon as I fix it because the next update is scheduled for next week.

Quick question. Beside the video problem, in your video you mentioned the fact that images don’t load which is pretty odd because on my end they do seem to work ex: https://d.pr/v/KLSxbr .

That’s the thing, I’m unable to replicate the same problem ex: https://d.pr/v/EgmXlk .
Thinking about it though, it may have something to do with subpixel rendering.
Basically the image loading happens when its container is 100% visible, however if it’s 99.5% there’s theoretically the possibility of looking like it’s loading forever since 0.05% are still hidden because of subpixelization.
For example, try resizing the browser with just a couple of pixels and see if there’s any difference.

Most servers should be configured at 30 seconds and I believe it should be enough in most cases. If for some reason the code might timeout, it could actually be a problem in the code rather than actual processing.
