Hello, hope you feel great. When a reservation is made for a room during a certain period, it is not possible for another visitor to reserve the room during the same period. However, there are still rooms available to book for this room.

Hi I have been using the theme for quite sometime and I really love it. I was wondering for the extra services is it possible to combine an option of per person per night. for example if it is breakfast being offered as an extra service in a room of 2 people for 3 days at 10 dollars a person per night.. is there a way to calculate that in the current theme?

Is there a way to block a room for several weeks or months so it can’t be booked? The only way we can see for that to happen currently is to block it but you have to click day by day which is just way too time consuming. Thanks.

2./ In the current version, there is no option for it, but in new updates we will add it

It’s very weird that we only can submit one ticket with one purchase code!!! And your support team doesn’t bother to send a word replying to the ticket. I was so appointed buying this theme. The design is great but the booking function is poor and can not help to manage an online hotel booking effectively. There’s no space to store the customer’s information properly, there’s no way for the customer to log in and view or manage their booking. You said that the theme has a deposit function but it doesn’t. And the support is even worse. It’s not worth to buy the theme. I want a full refund, please!
