1. How do I disable login in before liking a post option? I want readers to be able to like without needing to login 2. New registered user though default role is “Subscriber”, has editor and author capabilities. 3. The Newsletter subscribe option gives errors when user tries subscribing.

1. sorry, unfortunately, we didn’t have the option to allow users to like Post without login
2. we didn’t add editor and author capabilities to “Subscriber” in our theme code, even the subscriber can’t access the dashboard, if the subscriber has editor and author capabilities in your site, maybe you need to check if any third party plugin adding this capabilities
3. regarding this, could you give us the error message, please try to submit a new ticket in our support forum, and please attach the error message there

Can I disable the login option?

sorry, we checked the screenshot on your ticket it can’t be accessed, please try to update the screenshot on Google Drive or another cloud service and attach the URL of the screenshot to our support forum
if you want to disable the login button you can remove the login button from the header using the header builder, you can access it from Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > JNews: Header Option at the bottom of the screen will appear JNews header builder
but unfortunately, we don’t have the option to remove the login form on the like button, because we identify who likes the post by the user that currently login

you can use our theme license for your own project or your client project, 1 JNews license can only be used for only 1 domain, our license also can be used on wordpress multisite as long as it has the same domain, for example id.jnews.io, uk.jnews.io, us.jnews.io if you want to use it on different domain you need to buy another license

you can change the number .jeg_postblock_9 on this class by the number of which module that you want to change the image border radius

For now, we don’t have an option for that. You may need to make some changes to achieve that or you can try to add a custom link element instead with a custom CSS code to re-position the custom link.

Hi, there it’s been more than 3 years I am still not able to accept payment on my subscription based site unfortunately I like a few things about the theme so I am planning to re-install it but only if your team will solve my issue. You need to work on a detail membership management system like Newspaper theme and paid membership pro. I am not able to accept payment via stripe or paypal in India so it’s a big challange to implement unless you guys can develop a plugin for razorpay or at least allow the purchase of pay per post via woocommerce payment method. Stripe and paypal simply don’t work for Indian customers. This not only makes the theme useless but pointless for creating a membership site. Please help me if you can. I am tired of this since last 2 years and most of the time my comments and reviews get deleted here by someone from your side. You guys have launched a poorly developed membership system for everyone especially for people in India.
Improvements I am seeking is: 1. Please allow debit card payment via stripe and fix the error with stripe method. 2. Please inetegrate Razorpay or upi subscription with your product so that Indian customers can be your theme useful. 3. We can’t use PayPal in India for Indian customers. 4. Please test your membership plugin as it is not working intended all the time. 5. Please mention the list of non-compatible plugins in your documentattion as so much conflicts happen due to lack of compatibility. 6. You don’t have a password reset page in your theme. Users are taken to old wordpress page which makes the pop-up based system entirely pointless.

1. debit card payment via stripe can be used on paywall unlock but not paywall subscribe because paywall subscribe need to be able to renewed automatically
2. & 3. for the razorpay you can try to use it via woocommerce payment for the paywall unlock for the paywall subscription, you may need to consider to use Woocommerce Subscription
4. we have tested our paywall subscription with paypal and stripe and it working as intended, our other user also able to use it in their production site, if you encounter problem with our paywall subscription we may need to check the issue directly to your site, please submit new ticket in our support forum

5. Due to the continuous release and expansion of numerous WordPress plugins, it is unfeasible for us to assess compatibility with every plugin in our theme. I’m sorry that we cannot provide a comprehensive list of incompatible plugins, and it’s worth noting that ongoing updates to these plugins may impact their compatibility with our theme. Monitoring the development of each plugin is impractical for us. However, it’s reassuring to know that the majority of popular plugins are compatible with our theme.

Hi, I am not going to renew support for the simple functionality that you are supposed to provide in a working condition. The paypal subscription despite proper setup is not working. Every time a customer going through the checkout process it says “Error processing checkout. Please try again.” I have done all setup and checked everything in last three years. I even talked to paypal team and even they could not figure out what was wrong. They pointed out that your theme is faulty. I am not going to renew my support because I have already paid for this function. You guys need to fix this issue otherwise I will sue you for this. For fraud and misguidance and false marketing. And you guys have no business ethics. Why you guys are deleting my reviews? I will continue to give reviews every day if you delete my reviews. You better fix the issue with subscription otherwise be ready to lose money.

Hey. Theme looks interesting but I have one question. I’ve noticed all demo websites are made by either elementor or wpbakery. I do not like page builders. Any way to transform it to gutenberg? If not, will everything work properly if I build website from scratch in gutenberg? Will I have access to all modules, widgets, header and footer builder etc? Thanks in advance for the answer.

I just bought your theme and I absolutely love it. I just need help with a couple of things.
I installed the Sneakers demo with Elementor, but the header does not look like on the demo, it’s not fixed, I mean like margins are visible. Also, I would like to change one thing on the homepage, swap the top part of the post sections with the Popnews demo, is that possible.
In addition, I’d like to be able to add smaller images to individual posts and float it on the left side, like I’m just noticing that post images are fixed at the top center, can this be changed, because sometimes, depending on the quality and size of the images available, I’ll need to float on the side so it looks good no matter what.
