Is this website builder only to build your own website or you can create multiple websites to use it unlimited with other domains?

1 license can be used on 1 site only. Though, the same license can be used on the same domains (subdomain + primary domain) and subfolders.
If your staging site is on a subdomain of the live site, you can use the same API key.
Alternatively, you can remove the API key from the Artbees account https://themes.artbees.net/dashboard/register-product/ and generate a new API key using the same license. Don’t worry, this won’t affect your live site.
Use the newly generated API key on the staging site and once you are done with your staging site, again remove the API key, generate a new one, and use it on the live site.

It doesn’t make sense if a user purchases a “website builder” software that is for building websites but it gets “rights” to use it once. Why that control over somebody who purchased a product? Can you explain that?

Hi Support – I am hoping you can help clear up what appears to be confusion for many on here….
1. No 3rd party plugins needed
But you need to have Jet to be able to do most things, as well as ACF – You write in the desctiption how you are removing the need for 3rd party plugins – but the theme does still depend on them. So this is unclear. The Jet Plugins are bloated and slow performance, and in order to use them there are several of them. Do your website designs and templates need Jet to be able to build pages?
2. Page Builder – Is this your own edited version of Elementor? Or have you written your own Page Builder in Jupiter? One of the things I do not like about themes is Elementor as it is bloated. So please clarify as again your description is unclear. All I can clearly see is that Elementor Pro is not needed – but if you do need the basic Elementor – then you need to be clearer about that
3. Extended features of Elementor – I suspect you mean that Pro is not needed – as most of the features can be achieved using JET – so really if this is the case then the theme does in actual fact need 3rd party plugins to be able to build an advanced website
4. Sellkit – I like this, it is a 3rd party plugin (ok, it is your own) but I guess this is installed as an extra plugin and so features not needed can be ignored and no bloat is added?
5. Feature Chart – why not create a chart which shows NATIVE settings of Jupiter X against the extra features available when you have the bundled plugins added – so we can more easily understand the differences. I suspect really that you need 3rd party plugins in order to be able to build an effective site? The point is we don’t know as the description is not clear enough.
6. Support – I have noticed that your support responses take a long time, they were always really fast in the past but now they seem to be taking several days sometimes which is not good for your community. Are you under-resourced?
When I read your comments I see that people are typically asking the same questions and that your product description does not make it clear. Hopefully these questions can get clear responses that answer specifically the question.
I do love what you have done with Jupiter over the years, I used to use it but switched due to the performance being really slow and dependent on 3rd party plugins. I would love to return and use this as the base of all my sites if you have adressed the issues. Any theme Author that can offer an all in one solution that is not reliant on 3rd party plugins is sure to be a winner.

Hi, I am using one of the premade sites and I can’t find where to change the display conditions, when a header exists as a template in elementor. When creating a new header via Jupiter X Layout builder, the display conditions show up. But where can I find the display conditions for a saved template in elementor? I want a main header only to be display on a specific page.

Display Conditions are only an option within Theme Builder Templates. These are not an option within regular pages.
I suggest you create the header in the JupiterX theme’s Layout Builder, and set the conditions from this method.

With Jupiter X Core 3.8.0 this as a critical site health error ‘A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.’ How do I resolve this issue?

Thank you. I was able to install now. Actually it is impossible to import demo contents. It keeps loading forever. In logs we see the following error: PHP Warning: session_start(): Session cannot be started after headers have already been sent in /wp-content/plugins/jupiterx-core/includes/popups/triggers/user-type.php on line 16. Will this be fixed in the next update?

I only hope the Vulnerabilities can be catered every time the theme updated but obviously they don’t. Although it’s updated to 3.8.0 for the Jupiter X Core, still below vulnerabilities warning is prompted in my wptoolkit security alert, and the warning is:
Wordpress Jupiter X Core plugin <= 2.5.0 – Unauth. Arbitrary File Download vulnerability
And still I can’t even mitigate this plugin.
I think developer should have known their plugin is vulnerable just by checking easily on patchstack

I updated to version 3.8 and it has broken my site.
I tried it, it is a basic theme editor, it is better to look for other options. In the first update the whole site went to hell. I am reading the refund policy. A total disappointment.

To use the full potential of Jupiter X you require 18 third-party plugins, only 2 activated PRO. You can install the rest for free. I can’t use a Header from a theme, I have to install everything completely, the new version 3.8 destroys the headers.
They require plugins that, being free, require you to install add-ons and the update ads are endless.
What is Jupiter X? 70 Addons for Elementor Free? But half of it can be done by any of the third-party installed elements without the need for Jupiter X?
I found another solution to manage my site without having to have an empty shell like Jupiter X. They have not responded and I just want my refund.

About version 3.8:
I would like to address the issue you are currently experiencing with the theme. It appears that the problem is related to a new feature called “Simplicity Mode.” In order to restore the theme to its previous state, I kindly request you to follow the steps below:
Access the JupiterX control panel.
Navigate to the “Settings” section.
Within the “General” settings, locate the option for “Simplicity Mode.”
Disable the “Simplicity Mode” by adjusting the corresponding setting.
Save the changes by clicking on the “Save Settings” button.
By disabling the “Simplicity Mode” and saving the settings, the theme should return to its previous functionality.
