I used Loco Translate for some words.
In my case, the words are permuted for “Next Post” & “Previous Post” into your code. I searched into the PHP files but it seems that the problem don’t come from “post-navigation.php”
After translation (french) into Loco, I have this
“Next Post” : “SuivantArticle” instead of “Article Suivant” In french, Next is Suivant & Post is Article
“Preview Post” : “PrécédentArticle” instead of “Article Précédent”
Do you have an idea ? Of course, the translation into Loco is correct.

The problem comes from the file : /inc/templates/posts/single/post-navigation.php
There is a translation for “Previous” but your dev use a “get_post_type()” in line 17 and 18.
Exemple : ‘ ’ . esc_html__( ‘Next ’, ‘alpha’ ) . $post_type_object->labels->singular_name . ‘ ‘
With Loco translate “Next” comes “Suivant” with the “get post type” stuck right net to the word.

I have issues importing the demo content. I have raised a ticket and got help but unfortunately a different demo content is imported into my website by the support engineer. I am still not able to import the demo content myself and the actuall issue is not fixed.
I really need to the rigth demo content imported and now already struggling with this last 4 days.

No there is no Spanish language translation files available in the theme. You have to translate the theme files by using the Loco Translation plugin on the site.
Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Udesign >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

First of all, thanks for showing your interest in our theme.
One single license is for the one single live URL only, this is Envato policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm with Envato as well.
Udesign WordPress provides one live site and 5 staging sites with the same license and also you can use the same license on multisite installation as well.
We have not received theme updates through the WordPress admin for 2 years (last we got and installed was 3.4.18). Envato Market plugin is current and appears to be connected. WordPress is current. At this point, we probably want to update incrementally rather than trying it all at once. How can we access interim versions of the theme (look like 4.0 was a major one) to do this?

The old version of the UDesign theme was very old compared to the latest themes with the latest technology, features, and coding standards. If we cannot update the theme so it will not work in the future and all of our customer’s sites will be lost. So we made the decision to update it with the latest technology, features, and coding standards we removed the old functionality like shortcodes and we added tons of new features in the theme so that customers don’t need any shortcodes and customization to make the site.
Also, I can see that you are not using a page builder plugin to build your site. The latest version of the theme is fully compatible with the Elementor plugin it is the most famous and useable page builder plugin and super easy to use like drag and drop you can use this plugin to build your site using the latest version of the theme.
It is my personal opinion to you that please do not update the theme for now and create a staging site of your current site then update the theme on it after that your site will appear with issues then fix all the issues on the staging site with the latest version and once you have done with it then make it live so that in the future whenever you need to update the theme you will never face any issue again.
Otherwise don’t update the theme and use the old version so that your site will appear fine for a period of time.
I was browsing by your theme and checking it out. As I was vetting your theme to see if it is worth the purchase, I noticed that one of your included plugins (mentioned in your update logs), named essential grid is really out of date. I checked that plugin out to find that it has a critical flaw that requires an update to the current version. The last version of that plugin you list in your update log is 3.0.17, the current version is 3.1.1. I made this comment to alert you to the critical update you need for that plugin. Then I will review your theme again if you update it.

Thanks for the reply. My comment was a FYI, to alert you to a current critical problem with the plugin Essential Grid.
According to your update log on your theme main page, the last time Essential Grid was updated in your theme was in theme version 4.7.1.
Your theme version is now 4.7.5, which is 4 updates without the Essential Grid plugin updated, according to your update log.
A friend has your theme, which is why I came here looking at it. Checking the friend’s theme version (4.7.5) shows it carries only the 3.0.17.1 plugin version, which is the version with the critical issue.
Here is the list of your theme updates: Version 4.7.5 – (Updated: 19.10.2023) / Version 4.7.4 – (Updated: 16.10.2023) / Version 4.7.3 – (Updated: 8.23.2023) / Version 4.7.2 – (Updated: 6.17.2023) / Version 4.7.1 – (Updated: 5.11.2023 (here Essential Grid was updated to 3.0.17.1))
There is a significant jump from version 3.0.17 to 3.1.1. for the plugin, which are 4 versions difference according to Essential Grid website.
According to the Essential Grid website, their update log shows: 3.1.1 (09 November 2023) / 3.1.0 (28 September 2023) / 3.0.19 (07 July 2023) / 3.0.18 (31 May 2023) / 3.0.17.1 (03 February 2023)
To fix the critical issue in the plugin requires their version 3.1.1.
It is up to you to ensure your included plugins are update accordingly, especially when there is a report of a critical nature.

However, in the change-log of the theme it’s not mentioned and you are right about that. I just wanted to let you know there is no need to worry about it. The latest version of the plugin is available in the theme.

Hi Andon-Design, thank you for your reply. The problem is I cannot dismiss the message, if I click dismiss nothing happens and if I press the X in the top right of the message nothing happens. So it shows constantly on every page in the admin…I hope a fix is there in the next update.
