why are my listings loading slow on desktop but not on mobile, on mobile the pins load slow but not on desktop ?
every other page created loads in decent speed, but any of the above takes 10-30 seconds to load

We use the same code, so I cannot advise why you have different results. maybe you put a speed plugin and activated settings for desktop – but those settings create load (lazy load, combine js, minify js or other js actions). Uncheck all settings from such plugins – delete cache and repeat the actions.

I have the following use case question: can the theme be used for small hotels, where clients have 10 rooms (class A) with the same characteristics and 5 with the same characteristics (class

- Have a single listing for the “class A” type (10 rooms)? - Have a single listing for the “class B” type (5 rooms)?
where it is allowed in the calendar to be able to make 10 reservations for “class A” on the same day and 5 reservations for “class B” on the same day. This way you don’t have to create 10 “class A” type posts and 5 “class B” type posts.
This would also prevent there from being duplicate rooms when searching for users on the home page and only 1 per type appears, how can this be done?
I ask why I currently have the site working and it only allows me to make 1 reservation for each publication on the same day, perhaps this is seen in a configuration gap that I cannot find, could you help me?
Hello, Thank you for the comment. The theme does not have Hotel booking I am afraid. We support booking by item – and each item can be booked from single listing page. You cannot create 5 rooms to book in one listing page as you would need.

I have several questions:
- Is it possible to rate the renter, and not just the owner? - Is it possible (or planned in your roadmap) to have a chat between the owner and the renter, linked to the “order/rental”? - Add photos to reviews? - When a customer takes out a rental, we’d like the site administrator to be able to take a commission on the rental amount set by the owner and a %€ amount from the renter.

The theme labels can be renamed to fit other elements than offices, but all listing pages will have global options.
But the theme does not have stock system – listings must be added as single objects to rent.

Hi, It is not possible to add a complete listing in wp-admin, as mentioned in the theme notice as well.
You added listings via wp-admin. You can access the dashboard link with the same account and add the rest of the details that are not in wp-admin: Sleeping Accommodation – Ical – Custom Price – Custom manual bookings – Extra Booking options
Our theme has the submission made with all fields in front end, and that applies to Administrator who adds listings or other subscribers who login to add listings.

This would need extensive custom development to implement as feature and a developer to estimate and research all the new features required for such an implementation to confirm what can be done and how. Too many issues in the new version theme, Not working properly. Now I found another one, Invoice status can’t be changed by Admin, which worked on previous theme. If some one booked by wire transfer fund, the Invoice shows unpaid forever even if I try to change Booking Status to confirmed..

My problem is how to change Invoice Status at Admin Dashboard -> Invoice from Waiting to Confirmed/ Fully Paid. Now this function doesn’t exist at all, which is real useful if some clients don’t use Paypal. Too many useful functions have been down in new themes, so I have to change back to Old theme published last year.

In admin-Invoices, we only have the option for Wire Transfer to approve the payment as per our documentation: https://help.wprentals.org/article/wire-transfer-payment-method/ We never had a different option to change the status in Invoices.
In admin-Bookings, you have the option to change the booking status to Confirmed https://prnt.sc/rUyXl9x8ulta
Please show us in a video the option that you describe in your message from the old theme version and we will review it for the next theme version. Please use the English language in your video.
