please the theme is having a conflicting issue with elementor. once i activate elementor it would show critical error page won’t load but once i disable elementor the page will load. please I need to resolve this issue asap

There is a problem with the theme. In the last 3 days, when I try to edit a page with elementor the page won’t load. In elementor safe mode it works. I have the theme and all the plugins up to date. In addition, the CPU of my instance stays at 40% constantly with the theme on, it used to be at 1%. My support has expired, sorry for using the comment section.
I managed to resolve the issue. The issue was that I was using the 3.0.0 version of the theme. Using the Envato Market WordPress plugin I managed to update the theme to the new version.
