Hi, I’m trying to create a project using qwery, but I have fallen absolutely in love with you slider on the other theme ANN https://ann.axiomthemes.com/. Unfortunately I don’t see this type of slider inside of qwery yet? Do you guys plan on adding it, or maybe would be so kind to tell me how to set it up, if it’s already included? Thanks in advance.

Ok, I’ve pretty much managed to recreate the slider, but I have a last problem with the infinite loop not working. Can you maybe help me with this regard? Did you manage to create infinite loop using css, or was there some additional script included? Thanks in advance for the info.
Hi, after updating to the last version of Elementor (3.18.3) , the CSS styles are loading after the content, making the site look awful. We have the last version of the theme, released September 2023. Thanks

Hello, I am using your theme and I want to update the skin. However, it gives an error when transferring demo content and it does not transfer.
The error I get is: “An error occurred while fetching file from: https://demofiles.ancorathemes.com/qwery/ocdi/posts.xml! Reason: 404 – Not Found.”

The issue with the demo import is related to a 3rd party plugin – One click Demo import, you should deactivate it as it causes conflict with the built-in demo import tool.

Please note that activating the skin doesn’t affect the current content (pages, posts). If you want to have the same content/layout as on our live demo you should import demo data after activating another skin. You should choose Full demo data to get the exact copy of our live demo (it will overwrite the existing content on your website).

We do not have LMS skin, but the theme offers Courses skin which is bundled with LearnPress plugin – https://courses.qwery.ancorathemes.com/
- Each skin has its own set of plug-ins. You may install the plugin additionally, it should work fine, however, you may need to make minor style adjustments.
- Courses skin is based on the LearnPress plugin. It’s a free plugin from WordPress Repository. If you want to extend its functionality, you will need to purchase LearnPress PRO Bundle.
- It depends on the changes you want to apply – the demo content is built with a user-friendly Elementor builder and offers advanced settings/options, including color scheme customization. However, if you want to make advanced changes to the styles, you may need to modify core theme files.
- You may add a video to the Overview section or to the lesson content using Gutenberg editor, it will be responsive on mobile devices.

But I have two questions: ThemeREX Addons and ThemeREX Updater plugins do not update Contact form 7 gives an error if it is in the Short Sidebar Widgets. Is it possible to help with these questions?

Update issue – most likely, the problem is caused by license mismatch. Please navigate to Theme panel > Theme dashboard > General tab – disconnect the domain and re-connect it again, it should solve the problem.

I plan to buy a few more licenses, but the performance checked by PageSpeed Insights is a real disaster. You write that you use wp-rocket plugins in the main demo and WP-Optimize in Luxury, but the performance is a disaster. Please note that we haven’t optimized our demo site speed-wise, because we wanted to show all the possible features our theme offers – so there’s a lot of content. Website loading time depends on many factors like server response time, image optimization, caching etc. Good server configuration is always necessary, plus proper image and content optimization, caching usage, etc. in order to achieve the best possible performance.

The theme doesn’t include “google-fonts-1-css” class, maybe you need to check the plugins you are using as some of them may load it.
